juubito was blitzing naruto and sasuke both the whole time during that fight the only reason they lasted as long as they did was because kishi wouldnt allow juubito to kill them even though he had several opportunities to do so. i cant say if juudara is fast or not. he never did any impressive speed feats. even him flying over to the fight wasnt that great and took much longer than i thought it would

Non-JJ Madara has better speed feats than non-JJ Obito, so logically JJ Madara would be faster with them absorbing the equal power of the Ten-Tails, but JJ Obito is faster based on feats alone.

Juubito is a bit faster than bsm naruto and naruto didn't use body flicker against madara. The only time he used body flicker was when he blitz kaguya.

Base Obito is around Kakashi's speed tier. Base Naruto is probably more or less, I think he's bit slower. Naruto gets a speed boost from Kurama's chakra and Obito gets the same speed boost from the Juubi which is superior. EMS Sasuke who has reactions on par with BSM Naruto was having

to it. But yeah, Base Naruto and Base Obito are not so far in speed and they both get a speed boost. Obito gets the superior one from the Juubi so logically he's far faster.

BSM Naruto is inferior to Juubito in speed. He definitely is inferior to Tyler the Creator.

Obito was faster than Naruto and Madara is potentially faster than Naruto. This is only if he were to go all-out though. Otherwise, they are about the same speed. As for Obito and Madara, outcome should be obvious.
