Jubito is faster than BSM Naruto as he was blitzing them, or at least moving faster than them.

RSM Naruto is faster than Madara because Sasuke was able to catch up to Madara, and Naruto>Sasuke in foot speed.

so logically JJ Madara would be faster with them absorbing the equal power of the Ten-Tails, but JJ Obito is faster based on feats alone.

Madara absorb Half Kurama + full 8 tails and Obito didn't have their power.chakra.

Naruto didn't use body flicker against madara. The only time he used body flicker was when he blitz kaguya.
