In this case, either:

- PS negs him.
- EMS precog + body flicker allow him blitzing Preta Path.
- Madara can engulf a Juubi sized Katon on all of the Paths. One will attempt to counter, only to find V3 Susanoo literally stomping them.

Nothing is getting past Perfect Susano'o. Chibaku Tensei gets sliced and diced.
Chou Shinra Tensei is tanked with Zero Damage.
Perfect Susano'o swings it's sword and all the paths get turned to paste.

You would need to restrict Perfect Susano so then Pain stands a chance.

A simple PS swing is as powerful as the Chou Shinra Tensei that Pain used in Konoha. Madara can do this several times, easily. :erm:
