I think that one thing people are forgetting is that the Sharingan Kid not only has the Sharingan but the Uchiha crest on his clothes. If he was Orochimarus experiment or controlled by the hooded man why would he wear clothes with the Uchiha Crest. It's obvious that some Uchiha still exist and are probably planning a comeback.
