I had to correct some guy about this yesterday. There has never been a statement about the genetics of Uchihas that indicates that their hair is always black. It is just that most of the ones that we have seen (and all of the important ones) had black hair. Up until Obito became the juubi's jinchuuriki we had never seen an Uchiha jinchuuriki, yet that did not mean that an Uchiha couldn't become one. We had never seen a yellow haired Hyuuga until Boruto, but that doesn't mean that a Hyuuga couldn't have yellow hair. Naruto was the first yellow haired Uzumaki that we've seen, but that never meant that an Uzumaki couldn't have yellow hair! Etc...

I hope you see now that determining some unstated genetic restriction on an entire population based solely on a trait of the few members of that population that you've seen is completely idiotic! Also, please don't even start with that "Boruto is not Hyuuga" crap!
Also, don't you dare say "Naruto is only half Uzumaki so he doesn't count", because if this Uchiha boy is a real Uchiha then we still don't know who his parents are right now, so this boy could very well be "half- Uchiha" so to speak.
