Yeah, all the time im getting stupid answers. Its not worth to talk there anymore, because all your points make no sense. We're talking here about Naruto vs Raikage, not 9Tails vs Raikage. So yeah, go away -.-
While i'm not saying that Naruto is stronger than the Raikage... I too think the Raikage's speed would be a bit too much for Naruto. Atleast for the moment.
But Naruto kicking the Raikage's ass would not cause cloud to surrender. What sort of silly statement is that? Naruto might be stronger than their Kage... but he can't take on all of Cloud's shinobi on his own. And the Raikage had his Jounin guards along.

so how the flip Raikage going to cut his to bits??? if raikage touch Naruto Body his fking other arm would be burn to bits, and honnestly if Naruto was strong at 4 tails think about V2, >.> even orchiMaru Regeneration body could not take the strain for long, and he have not even seen V2 full power yet.

We may get to see this fight because Naruto will show up in the Battle Field, and Raikage may want to stop Him, only to find out Naruto is in a league of His own.

Yeah, you have an ass flaw... all the phalluses you put up your ass have weakened your **** sphincter.
Naruto doesn't start the fight with Kyuubi. He has vowed to not use Kyuubi and Kyuubi only takes over under severe emotional distress. We haven't seen Naruto control Kyuubi in V2 or start a fight in the 4-tail Kyuubi cloak so those don't apply to this fight.
If we're talking about normal fight conditions (full health/chakra, intent to kill) Naruto will start off in base mode, possibly in Sage mode if Raikage gives him enough time. The 3 times we've seen Raikage engage in combat (against Sasuke, Madara, and Kisame) Raikage starts with his Raiton no Yoroi. He's not the type to hold back.
With that he will immediately outpace Naruto and go in for the kill. Naruto's head will be flying through the air like Zetsu-clone-Kisame's was or his bones and internal organs will be shattered by the force of a Raiger (Liger) Bomb and Kyuubi won't have a chance to do anything before Naruto's heart stops beating and he dies from internal/external bleeding.

This assumes that Naruto starts in base mode,Why In Sage mode He can instantly Read chakra levels and gage an opponents strengths and weakness. From what we have seen Naruto's battle smarts and tactics keep going up, He is no longer the charge blind Kid of old.

Didn't say his battle tactics didn't improve. But he can't sense chakra instantly. By the time Naruto finishes reading Raikage's chakra and gauging his intent or whatever, Raikage will be milliseconds from connecting with a skull-shattering elbow to Naruto's face.
Remember, Raikage was able to dodge Amaterasu which is a nearly impossible feat. He moved so fast Sasuke's eye could not keep up at all and Sasuke had to resort to trickery like enveloping himself in an Amaterasu covered Susanoo skeleton.

lol do u know what sage mode is?not to mention the fact that u've made naruto sound like an old lady who is not fast at all and u forgot that sage mode enhances one's physical abilities jutsus and indurance drasticly i mean naruto fell down on spiky rocks from a very high place and it didint hurt him at all !!! and even if the raikage uses that raiton armor of his wind < lighting so when naruto uses the FRS shuriken on him the raikage wont be able to counter it.
and lets assume that naruto cant keep up with the raikage(even though he can)he can use the frog katas to blow him away without even touching him...
The Lariat won't do much damage to Naruto in SM. Remeber Naruto fell at least 1oo yards and landed on spikes and didn't feel a thing. If Raikage get this close to land a lariat Naruto can use his durability to land a hit with a Fuuton: Rasengan even if Naruto gets hit to Raikage would still take more damage.plus Raikages speed is nothing to match FRS.

We will see the answer to this question I when Naruto shows up and Raikage try to stop Naruto from fitting. Boy is Raikage going to get a big surprise.
