Okay So Obito loved Itachi and hates Sasuke because he killed him and thinks he's a disgrace to the Uchiha after miraculously coming back to life a 3rd time after he returned to death after Naruto used his Jesus powers on Obito to keep him alive for that small amount of time. Yea okay.

Shishui fell into a river not exactly confirmation of death. he could of easily survived that drop more believable then the crap others are throwing around.

For me it is a new character or simply Karin going nuts over Sasuke rejection. Doesn't make any sense to be some blast from the past type of thing. The main story is over, this is something different. Even the new mini-series tone is different, i don't see it getting dark out of nowhere.

Lets not forget, there were a huge amount of sharingans back at Obito's lab, these new characters (if someone is being controlled) could've access to it.

Yes it does. Sasuke had no interactions with Shisui as he would've had no interactions with a new Uchiha.

Kabuto isn't Akatsuki, it's either Orochimaru or some fodder from the SA who is desperate to be on god Madara's level because of how fodder they are compared to Lord Sasuke and Sir Naruto.
