Kabuto is the new Akatsuki

Kabuto is no longer evil, or confused. Kabuto isn't against Sasuke, or Naruto, or Konoha. Kabuto saved Sasuke's life (probably most likely in thanks to Itachi), and is disillusioned with Orochimaru.

Kabuto is at the orphanage doing orphanage things with zero bad intentions. He's living his life the way he always wanted to: in peace of mind.

A strange amount of people still, for some reason, think Kabuto is up to no good.

-gives friend his eye just before dying
-new mysterious leader villain turns out to be old friend who is now corrupted over the loss of someone important to him
Only this time, both his super powerful eyes are now destroyed.

So Shisui not being dead after his apparent death, is asshurt that Sasuke killed Itachi, when Itachi wanted it that way, and is now the enigmatic leader of a new villanous group. Plus Shisui gave his eye to Itachi just before his death.

Okay So Obito loved Itachi and hates Sasuke because he killed him and thinks he's a disgrace to the Uchiha after miraculously coming back to life a 3rd time after he returned to death after Naruto used his Jesus powers on Obito to keep him alive for that small amount of time. Yea okay.

Yeah,except Obito's body was never found by Konoha,while the Uchiha's found Shisui's body.
