Conditions-Orochimaru starts Every Invasion on Hydra Mode,with Kusanagi sword(he is behind Summons and Edos), All Snakes are already summoned just like 4 Hokage, also he has Three Guards they are very close to Hydra mode those are Karin(she only uses sensing ability if anyone tries to sneak she finds him/her and her healing ability if anyone need it),Kimimaro(healthy,he is ready to die for Lord Orochimaru anytime like in Manga) and Sasuke(Hebi)....Hashirama,Minato,Tobirama,Hiruzen goes all out from start, Hashi summons SS and Golem/Dragon and starts to spam Mokuton,Minato summons Toads and goes BM,Tobirama marks everything and tries to control battlefield,Hiruzen summons Enma and supports Snake with everything he can.... also they can make the red barrier anytime...

Rules:In Order to kill Orochimaru 1st attackers must kill all of his summons puppets and Guards...

Invasion 2-Team Sunagakure: Gaara,4th Kazekage,3rd Kazekage,Sasori,Kankuro,Chiyo,Temari and 500 fodders. Gaara is leader

Invasion 3-Team Iwagakure: Mu,Ohnoki,Kurotsuchi(3 TsushiKage)Deidara,Kitsuchi and 1000 fodders. Ohnoki is Leader!!!

Invasion 4-Team Kirigakure:Mei Terumi,Gengetsu,Chojuro,Yagura(three tailed beast perect Jin 4th Mizukage)Ao,Kisame,Suigetsu,Zabuza,Haku, and 1500 fodder shinobi. Gengetsu is Leader!!!

Invasion 5-Team Kumogakure: 3rd Raikage,4th Raikage,5th Raikage,Killer Bee,Cee,Omoi,Karui,Mabui and 2000 fodder Ninja. Leader is 4th

Invasion 6-Team Honohagakure:Naruto(BSM only),Jiraiya,Tsunade,Kakashi(1 MS) ,Gai(no 8 gates^^),Hiashi,Neji,Lee,Shino,Sakura all K11,100 shinobi from each clan(Hyuga,Nara ect...) and 2500 Fodders. Leader is Kakashi

Invasion 7-Team Akatsuki and Team Kabuto:Tobi(1MS),Pain,Itachi whole Akatsuki(original team) and Kabuto with 5 Edo Kages(3rd Raikage,2nd Mizukage,2nd Tsushikage,4th Kazekage and 4th Mizukage) and Edo Madara.... u choose Leader if its matters ^^ Itachi,Tobi,Pain,Kabuto,Maddy aaa i dunno

I can not really see people beating hashirama before invasion 7

Edo Madara canonically lost to Edo Hashirama. I'd also favor SM Hashirama over BSM Naruto, but even if they cancel each other out he has Edo Minato to give chakra cloaks out, making an even stronger Edo Hashi.

We already know a smaller version can be summoned like what Spiral Zestu did so yes he can but we dont specially know how big it would be.
