I'm not being funny but what makes you think he would even think to do that. naruto is pretty simple minded and seeing how he only uses rasengan variants snj and shadow clone jutsu. I doubt he would try to develop anything else. he would only work on those techniques. then with him being so busy as hokage that also takes time away. it would be smart and a good idea but he wouldnt
