That's horrible logic. Any time people throw around the word prime they tend to mean the character's peak in power. It has nothing to do with age.
Actually it does.. Ask Tsunade what her prime is.. instead of making it up for her. Her body is not at the same level as it was when she in the wars. They are old.

A person who relies on their own body.. can't be in their prime at the age of 50, unless they have some supernatural dna. And Tsunade already confirmed her prime has already passed.

Prime doesn't always refer to having the strongest "techniques".. its about a persons' state , their skills , reactions and so on.
prime
prīm/

noun
1.
a state or time of greatest strength, vigor, or success in a person's life.
"you're in the prime of life"
synonyms: heyday, best days, best years, prime of one's life; youth, salad days; peak, pinnacle, zenith
"he is in his prime"

There is a difference between physical prime and being at the prime of your abilities. No one would argue that non sage mode Jiraiya would beat sage mode Jiraiya. You're being ridiculous.
Tsunade : I'm not in my prime.

You can bet your ass Hiruzen learned more things as he got old.. doesn't mean shit when his prime has already past away.

Taijutsu: Her Taijutsu was praised by Jiriaya as being unmatched, and she was skilled enough to even take on Orochimaru and Kabuto despite 20 years of being a drunken gambler, even being able to land a clean punch on Orochimaru's face, subdue Manda with one hit, and blitz Kabuto.

Her Taijutsu got a 5/5 in the third databook, while Sakura's got a 3/5. Now, after the third databook, Tsuande went on to display more taijutsu feats when she was up against Madara, being able to land multiple hits on him and his Susnao'O. Sakura, on the other hand, has shown little to no improvement in her taijutsu post-3rd databook, meaning that Tsunade's skill has improved considerablly, while Sakura's has remained more or less the same. Of course, I think as a whole most people agree that Tsunade's taijutsu skills are superior to Sakura's, so I'll leave it at that.

Durability: Tsunade was capable of tanking the Heavenly Transfer Technique, which Mabui said only the Third Raikage could handle. She even doubted Ay would be able to handle it, let alone Tsuande. And yet, she came out of the technique with minor cuts and wounds, only ever activating the Yin seal to heal the damage done by the technique afterwards.

Sakura's best tanking feat is ... well, I can't exactly recall any good tanking, but I certainly am aware of a large chunk of bad tanking feats she has under her belt, such as being knocked back by Kabuto's rear, going unconscious due to hitting her head on a bridge, being sent flying by Omoi, getting owned by Naruto's tailand perhaps a few other moments,

Stamina: As a Senju and Uzumaki, Tsunade's stamina is massive, and this is shown when she was able to heal and protect a large chunk of the Leaf Village during Pain's assault. Sakura also has good stamina thanks to her yin seal, but Tsunade also has that same seal, along with her genetics, which make her once again come out on top

Raw Strength: Her raw strength is many times superior to Sakura's, as she was able to lift Gamabunta's gargantuan metal sword and use it to slam Manda's mouth shut. The closest feat of Raw strength Sakura has displayed is pulling Sasori's hollow, wooden body towards herself.

Chakra Enhanced Strength: Tsunade still takes the cake. Hashirama, when witnessing Sakura's strength in chapter 632, commented that Sakura's strength ''May almost be as bad as Tsunade's". This tells us that Sakura's strength is POTENTIALLY on par with Tsunade's [not guaranteed]. But Hashirama is not referring to the Tsunade we saw fighting in the war, but rather a much younger Tsunade, as he passed away when Tsunade was 12 years old at best. This means that Hashirama was comparing a 12 year old Tsunade who lacks the Yin Seal to a 17 year old Sakura who has the Yin seal. Of course, with this in mind, it's more than obvious that Tsunade is stronger than Sakura with the Yin seal.

Moveset: She posses only one offensive move that Sakura doesn't, the Body Derangement technique. But, this one move can make a massive difference in a taijutsu battle, as Tsunade simply needs to touch her opponent and insert electricity into their nervous system to make their bodies unable to move the way they desire, leaving her opponent open for a nice, clean hit.

Post the feat of Tsunade's punch/Kick doing damage even close to Sakura's or kindly log off
That's not necessary. Hashirama saw the destructive force of Sakura's attack, and even then, he said that a 17 y/o Sakura w/ Yin seal was POSSIBLY close to a 12 y/o Tsuande w/o Yin Seal, meaning her strength would naturally be superior to what Sakura displayed.

It's like in the case of Nagato and Hagoromo. We see the feats through Nagato, but we are told Hagormo could do these same feats, but on a much better level.

Likewise, we saw this strength feat through Sakura, but we were told through Hashirama that a much younger Tsunade could do these same feats albeit on a better level.

Hypothetical comparision with adult Tsunade Lol
Now pleas post the scan
I know it's hypothetical. But that's not the same as it being fanfiction.

We were told Tsunade at 12 is more or less on par with Sakura at 17

We know Yin Seal Boosts Strength.

We know Tsunade didn't have the Yin Seal at age 12.

Therefore, logically, if Tsunade, who was 12, inexperienced, and lacked a Yin seal is, according to Hashirama, close to Sakura, who was 17, more experienced, and had a Yin Seal, in strength, then an older, more experienced Tsunade who DOES have Yin Seal would obviously be stronger. Something like this doesn't require panels to realize.

But yes, if we were to look at on-panel feats, ignoring what other characters [like Hashirama] have said, Sakura's strength is stronger than Tsunade's. But, simply put, that would be ignoring context .

When people use the term prime they almost always mean their overall skill and power. Age can be irrelevant. Especially with a jutsu like the yin seal or immortality like Hidan. Kakuzu was also old as hell and strong as ever.
