Tsunade has better feats of regeneration, strength, chakra, strategy, intelligence, medical ninjutsu and basically everything. And on top of all that, we literary have no proof that she even regenerated in that panel since the injured area wasn't even shown that to be healing let alone making steam or even the "shhhh" sound that comes out of tsunade whenever she's regenerating.

Whenever there's a Sakura thread that creditably and factually supports Sakura in a positive light the feeble minded lock up like crabs. They totally ignore and never elaborate on the topic at hand and even ignore manga scans that only require a 10 y/o's comcomprehension.
- I'm glad you can agree that Tsunade didn't have the Seal at the age of 17 nor did she have during her years as a Sannin (which she defined as her prime when facing kabuto). Meaning she couldn't regenerate, perform creation rebirth or execute remote healing effectively by the thousands (Katsuyus true power).

- Sakura did regenerate and Madara acknowlaged the technque capabilities and Sakura reaffirmed that by telling Naruto not to worry about her. So are you honestly telling me that:

-in the medical field the only way to get better is through experience which is something that Tsunade has on Sakura but please try to remember that with three years she surpassed medical ninjas 3x her age.
