in the movie bonds..shikamaru was wandering how could they destroy the ships on water without been notice.out of the blue shikamaru heard the enemies on the water screaming for their life it was shino who develop the METAL EATING BUS to devour their ships. even shikamaru said that ,that jutsu is to be feared.
i mean common metal eatings bugs whats next sand eating bugs,water eating bugs,fire eating heck yeah even WIND eatings bus.

for what reasons...??? all of neji's attacks and defense are all chakra source for shino's bugs to eat,especially rotation.

neji would win, he is not the only jounin out of all the persons of his age group for nothing, neji is also one of the top jounin's in the leaf village and he was know as a prodigy, he was the #1 rookie and the #1 genin, the rotation is something which neji has done in his own way, the basis for rotation is releasing chakra from the users body, the average amount of place's a ninja can release chakra from is 2-3 and neji can release chakra up 7 places, he them rotates at a high speed thus blocking the attacker and repelling them in the process.

the aburame clan was know as a strong clan in the village but huga clan was known as the 3rd strongest clan with their advanced form of taijutsu, shino is can not match up against neji, neji is a fighter, he is assigned to combat mission unlike shino which for infiltration and strategic missions, the fact is shino can not defeat neji

first, the wind is a close range attack. second, the rotation is raw chakra,shino bugs can easily suck that. third, the rotation doesn't last for ever it also leaves his body vulnerable to attacks just after he done spinning because after the rotation disperse his body will still be in an oscillating movement which can easily be hit. fourth, all neji's attacks are close range. (doesn't work if shino is far from him). fifth, neji cannot allow to touch the bugs are it will be over soo fast before he even calls mama.

neji is a fighter..but if shino decides to stay way from neji at a distance then neji cant attack shino but shino can attack neji. for neji to attack shino then neji will have to run towards shino,and we all know that shino is a better strategic persons than neji,so neji has no chance of winning. to top it off shino has seen neji in action,using most of his jutsu already,but neji has never seen shino fights that gives shino a huge advantage over neji.

Shino is too weak to fight Power Beings like Gaara, Neji, Sasuke or Naruto. Shino's Job is to support the Real Power Guys. Not the other way.
