yes, it traps the soul in the body, but you still need the persons dna to be able to use his kekkei genkai. Like oro needed the 1st dna to enable him use wood, kabuto would need a sample of izunas dna to enable him use the sharingan.
Haven't seen in the manga where Oro used DNAs. But heck, it seems like he has all the DNAs of the known shinobis in the world and it's possible that Kabuto makes use of them. Thus, there lies a possibility that the DNA of Izuna or even Madara may also be at hand.

Will he get the Flying Thunder God? Maybe be able to use it without special seals thrown around, kinda like Madara?
and "that jutsu" as I think about it, it seems to me that it's referring to using the demon cloak past 4 tails.. as this was pretty much laid out with him getting the key..
Plus he and J-man were training with it and he F'd J-man up with it and never really used it after... unless he was pissed off to the N'th degree... Learning from Killer Bee will make this a possibility obviously.. I think people are reading into it a little too much...
