Please bro, it has to chew through all of Katsuyu in the same way it had to chew through all that water meaning once it hits Tsunade it will be severely weakened and since it wont bisect her Byakugo heals the damage, something Kisame could not do.

Gai uses Hirudora and Katsuyu tanks as much as she can and Byakugo heals any damage Tsunade gets

Gai is left exhausted and Tsunade finishes it off.
