While Sasuke was running wild and did't think straight in fights for example (vs Bee vs Kage's vs Itachi vs Madara)

Sasuke also mastered chidori the first time he used it i guess.

Did you see how big 9 year old Sasuke's fireball was? It never got any bigger, and Sasuke never fully mastered his fire chakra nature, maybe he wasn't talented enough to master it? Obito and Madara on the other hand could spew out oceans of flame, While Sasuke had the same fireball the whole show.
