RSM doesn't involve Bijuu chakra aside from Kurama's.

If we assume they both took out time for training then Naruto would have access to hokage scrolls filled with techs like FTG, Edo tensei, Red Sun Barrier. And he can squeeze years of training into weeks.

There would be no end to the possible new techs he might have if we start speculating.
