Which WiFi Package is good?

I need a students WiFi package so which is good from these two?

* Unlimited WiFi with 1mbps Download Speed and 256kbps Upload Speed

or​

* 60GB Data with 4mbps Download Speed and 1mbps Upload Speed

I use WiFi for studying,YouTube and Downloading Stuff

If you use it for those basic stuff then the first package is a good deal.

The second package is not good due to the cap, the first one has bad speed, if ur worried you'll go over the 60gb limit then I suggest you get the first package.

The 1st one has pretty bad speed but it's not costly so if that's major factor depending on your income, if you have money to spend and not worry about busting your ass go for the 2nd package.
I would do the 2nd package over the 1st by a longshot.

144p or 240p video streaming and a lot of waiting but fine for other stuff like browsing and downloading.

Take this if you want things done quickly and you are a professional who does not spend entire day on Internet.
