Sarada's feelings of frustration reached Sasuke, somehow. Which means that Sasuke may have some way of watching over her while he's away.

Similarly, look at the final page of the latest chapter

Sasuke looks furious. He knows his little girl has been crying and he rushed home to ease her worries.

Conclusion: Sasuke has some means of watching over Sarada.

Maybe Sasuke's Sharingan activates through Sarada's feelings(her eyes).

I too, think the eyes are the connection. I think Sarada's glasses are a very important link between the two but how exactly, I don't know atm.

You showed another instance of Sasuke with the Sharingan already on with no expression on his face and you count these as examples of interlocked emotions between father and daughter? Oh my.

1. Not necessarily in the sense that Sarada is linked to her father's emotions/feelings. Plus, even if she is she doesn't know who he is so if his random feelings streamed through her she'd just brush them off.
2. Sasuke did this in a panel right after Sarada expressed her frustration at her father. The link is easy to spot.

Sasuke clearly looks scornful in that final scan and he has his sharingan turned on which means he's pissed. And the scan came right after Sakura ended up in hospital and Sarada was crying. Sasuke knows what's happening, he's not the type to disappear without planning ahead.
