Kishi has already confirmed in an interview that she is Sasuke's and Sakura's kid.This is just a bait and trolling and yet thats what makes it funny.You can clearly see the shitstorm he managed to generate thereby enticing people to read the next chapter to learn more.If it wasnt for this and just lame old slice of life stories he wouldnt get revenue.Its going to turn out normal in the end.Its just this pairing was used as a prime focus to milk the series,slightly tarnishing it in the process
