The last guidebook which is supposidly canon says shes the best medic in Konoha (meaning she surpassed Tsunade). It's not speculation when it's proven.

Sakura used Katsuyu in order to transmit her chakra to the WHOLE Alliance to replinish their chakra,and heal them. Lol,you actually skipped over many moments where she individually healed people,as an attempt to put Kabuto above her.

Also,Sakura was able to transmit her chakra to save the whole alliance because she has a massive amount of chakra in order to do it,unlike Kabuto.

Well that was the chakra she was storing for 3 whole years so no wonder, when sakura heals people individually she's always does it slo unless katsuyu is there. And anyway she couldn't heal herself without his help therefore kabuto>>>>>>>sakura

those are top tier medical feats that sort of rival even tsunade though ill say the latter is still somewhat better than her.

now lets see kabutos feats that top these from you. though ill admit kabuto is good himself.
