Description: The user will channel chakra into and around their tail, 'enlarging' it , and creating a dense coat as well as a second ‘tail’ before twirling the tails around like rotary blades, spinning them furiously and causing air currents to form around it, making it resemble a Tsūga. The user then sends wind chakra through the tail, releasing a surge of wind as the tail ‘rotates’ and giving it the same effects as the fang wolf fang technique, creating a vacuum vortex in its surroundings, that cuts the enemy even without touching them upon thrusting their attack. If the user keeps the tail close to them, they will be cut every turn while it’s active but, it’s also a useful method for releasing them from illusionary techniques (A-rank and below).

Description: Are the daughters of Mine and are moles from Furui rokkīton'neru. Terra and Roxie are the same size as Gamariki except the older sister Terra is a few inches taller than her younger sister Roxy. They have a slender and a humanoid-like figure and wear the same standard attire that Sunagakure ninja have except they don’t wear anything on their hands or feet, and each have a mole tattoo over their eye, Terra having it on her left and Roxy having it on her right. They can perform earth techniques up to and including S-rank and both are needed to perform the techniques. Their favored weapons seem to be a pair of hammers and they are never seen in battle without one. They can perform techniques that revolve around or allow the use of their favored weapon. Once per battle, the sisters can release their earth chakra from their mouth and combine them to cause a giant titan of stone, 35 meters in height to form and move towards the enemy at a slow pace and walks over whatever is front it, should it be within range. Once the titan is within range of the intended target, the sisters will have the titan shoot both of its arms like rockets, causing an immense explosion that blasts away anything at mid-range while crushing anything that came in contact with the arms. (Counts as an S-rank move and using this reduce the number of turns they can stay on the field by 2.)

(Kenjutsu: Kyōjin) - Sword Arts: Assassin's Dagger

Description: This technique is an alternative performance of the Shadow Clone Technique in which the user channels the chakra necessary for the aforementioned clone into a one of their bladed weapons before the blade pasts their target. When the blade is just behind the victim the user will trigger the creation of a shadow clone at the location of the thrown blade. Upon forming the clone, the clone will grasp the projectile blade and stab the opponent in the back, effectively finalizing the assassination. The speed at which the user performs this technique has given the illusion that the user is using Space–Time Ninjutsu on more than one occasion. Additionally, by manipulating the position of the blade via wire strings he can more easily position his blade behind an opponent.
Notes:
- Only usable four times per-match.
- Bladed weapon can range from anything from a kunai to a longsword, tanto, etc...

‡ Declined ‡ Ok, this is a cool technique. Pseudo-FTG for us people who can't teleport. Materializing clones outside of short-range is possible but not like this. You would need some sort of medium. Water, earth or something to form the clone form. Either you can do that or wait until you have Fuuinjutsu to seal a clone inside of your kunai and release it with a single handseal or something.

Description: This technique is a rather creative technique. This technique is an alternative performance of the Shadow Clone Technique in which the user will create a bladed weapon out of one of the basic five elements, but with a twist. It gives of the impression of a normal elemental bladed weapon, but hidden within the chakra is a shadow clone of that decided element. Once the weapon is created within the users hand (at this time depending on the element chosen the user will receive some effects from it, example if they picked fire they would receive minor burns from holding the weapon) - from there the user will throw the elemental bladed weapon, at any time the user can perform one hand seal to release the elemental shadow clone from the elemental blade, if so the clone will grasp hold of the blade and fight. This technique is best used as an assassin technique; getting the sword behind the opponent and stabbing them from behind. The speed at which the user performs this technique has given the illusion that the user is using Space–Time Ninjutsu on more than one occasion. Additionally, by manipulating the position of the blade via wire strings he can more easily position his blade behind an opponent.
Notes:
- Only usable four (4) times per-match, and one clone per-usage.
- Bladed weapon can range from anything from a kunai to a longsword, tanto, etc.
- Follows the rule of only four (4) clones per-match.
- If not thrown, the weapon stays active for four (4) turns. If thrown the weapon and the clone within the blade stay on the field for three (3) turns.
- Any of the basic five (earth, fire, wind, water, or lightning) can be used to create the weapon, and cannot be a mixture of two elements unless the user has the required training (Yin-Yang Release).
- The user will receive minor damage holding the elemental blade, depending on the nature of the chakra (fire - minor burns, lightning - small shocking, wind - minor cuts, earth & water - no effect)

(Gurifon Gijutsu: Burōkunriariti) - Griffin Art: Broken Reality

Description: As with many other mythic creatures, certain parts of the griffin were believed to possess special qualities - like how their claws were rumoured to possess the ability detect poison by changing colour in it's presence, while other stories tell of how their feathers could be used to heal blindness. Though, while the overall gist of this ability has been properly represented in the legends, time and the retelling of the Griffin's abilities through the ages have misconstrued the truth, creating false accounts of their abilities in the process. The truth about Griffin feathers are they were actually once used by Shinobi, as a counter to Genjutsu and other forms of Illusions. The legends about their feathers curing blindness were stemmed from this ability, with the false accounts putting the truth of Griffin's feathers to rest, until now. With Castiel and John Reese leading the Summons, the true nature of Griffin's feathers will be revealed once more. Signers of the Griffin CSC may choose to carry a single feather with them at all times, it's purpose is to alert the user when they fall under the effects of a Genjutsu. Once the user's Chakra Flow has been disturbed or disrupted by the effects of a Genjutsu, more specifically a Visual Genjutsu, the feather will automatically react, expending a small amount of the users own Chakra to layer it's own visual "illusion" on top of the Genjutsu the user is under the effects of, displayed by a sea of Griffin's feathers descending from the sky. Signers of the Griffin CSC who decide to have this feather on their person will be fully aware of it's effects, and can use this descending of unique feathers as a logical means of assuming they are caught in a Genjutsu. The Feather can only be used once per battle, will vanish upon it's use, and must of course be in the user's possession to be activated.

‡ Declined ‡ I'm not keen on this idea to be perfectly honest. Always being aware that you're in an illusion effectively removes the main bulk of countering them (logically deducing you're in one is most of the work). I feel like we have enough people/bios who can see through genjutsus or are immune to them altogether.

Description: This technique begins with the user attacking the enemy with a punch or a slap towards either side of the enemies head. The moment that his his hand connects with the enemies body, inaudible sound waves will be released, from the hand, towards the user’s skull. These sound waves will travel through the canals in the ears heading towards the which controls the balance of the body is very important for taijutsu techniques and perceiving the location of the individual properly. The soundwaves will damage this organ, so that the enemies body movements will not match with what the other senses tell the body to do. They in short can’t make out the correct location so that the hits that the enemy intends to land, won’t connect.
Notes:
- Can only be used once per-match, twice per Ninja World event.
- Unless healed the enemies Semicircular Canals won’t work properly during the course of battle.
- Can only be taught by Nathan.

✦ Declined, as a C rank I can't allow this to lasts forever if used against someone, only for a set number of turns. That would require this to be a more dangerous jutsu, raising it's rank. Perhaps a lower ranked, less effective version and then a more powerful, longer lasting version would work. ✦

Shadow of the Raging Storm - Reijingusutōmu no kage

Description: Derived from Konoha's Shadow of the Dancing Leaf, Shadow of the Raging Storm follows the same basic principle. This entails following the opponent's movements exactly like a falling leaf and its shadow. Kumo needed a way to replicate this technique and make it better in all ways. The original Shadow of the Dancing Leaf has an offensive capability that lacks chakra for easy use. Shadow of the Raging Storm allows the user to mimic the opponent's exact movement like a mirror image. Following the movements the opponent does allows the user of this technique to mimic the rate of motion at which the movement is happening it. This is used to achieve the ultimate mirror effect. For example, if the opponent throws 3 quick right jabs at the user the opponent can replicate these three jabs, at the same pace, automatically, making their fists clash. Unlike Shadow of the Dancing Leaf, Shadow of the Raging Storm requires chakra to be used and it is only for this fact that it can be used for extended periods of time. Because it is used for an extending period of time, the user can cancel the technique whenever it is necessary. Unlike the brief movement of a leaf through the air, storms can last for hours and in extreme cases, days.

(Otome no namida) - Maiden's Tears

Description:
Maiden's Tears is a necklace with a single blue gem fastened to a silver chain. The wearer of the necklace can focus their suiton chakra into the gem to activate it's effect. The gem sends an omnidirectional burst of suiton chakra outwards which in turn creates numerous water particles in the surrounding atmosphere. Within a moment after the user focuses their chakra into the necklace, the number of water molecules in the air have increased dramatically, though the new ones all have the users chakra in them. The increased number of water molecules allows the wearer to preform water techniques that require water sources by using the large number of water molecules. The number of water molecules in the air allows the user to preform four techniques which require a water source by using them as a substitute to a water source. After the fourth has been preformed, all of the water molecules which were created from the necklace would be gone.
-The opponent cannot utilize the water molecules to preform techniques which require a water source off of them because the user's chakra is in them
-The increase of water molecules can only be done twice per battle or three times per event
-Even though the water molecules are all over the place in the air, a water technique which is created by using them as a water source must touch the ground in some way (a water dragon jutsu's base cannot be floating in mid air, but must be on the ground, for example).

(Suiton: Aoi Mizu No Sureddo) Water Style: Blue Water Threads

Description:
The user forms 5 hand seals and then aims his/her arms in a direction. Blue threads of water form and then shoot out of their fingers (up to 10, 1 per finger). These threads can grab onto objects and pull the user towards them if they are heavier, or pull the object towards the user if they are lighter. Like ninja wire, the threads can be used to simply bind opponents as well. The user can wrap the threads around solid objects and move their arms and hands accordingly to move them out of the way. If the user so desires, they can push themselves off the ground using the threads. These threads can pierce through objects to deal damage as well.

-The threads can last for a maximum of two turns
-Can only be preformed thrice per battle
-No S rank or above water techniques can be used for the remainder of the turn and for the user's next turn

Description: Hiraishin is a Hoopoe from ancient times. Tobirama named his technique after this bird after seeing it soar in the skys during a thunder storm. Hiraishin is a large summon able to carry 2 people without being slowed down. His feathers are light blue and his beak is gold. He has a rather short temper and is quick to snap out against his summoner if they don't show him proper respect. His name was given to him because of his ability to control thunder (Lightning release). Being able to preform all lightning style ninjutsu that the user knows with a flap of his wings or by shooting it from his beak (with the exception of ones that require a human hand such as chidori).

This will cause it to snow and will keep any fire jutsu from being used as oxygen liquefies at -183 thus preventing any fire style ninjutsu from being used from either party. Water jutsu will also instantly freeze. This jutsu also affects the moisture cooling it down and removing anything that would warm up the air such as salt.

The user will focus his chakra so the lighting does not hit his own jutsu only cover it protecting the jutsu from Earth style,Ice style,clay, Lighting style and any element weak to lighting style attacks.

Note: Can only protect a jutsu from one attack after which the lighting will disperse.
Note: Can't be used on lighting jutsus
Note: Lighting is A ranked, while ontop of another jutsu it will not add to the jutsus power only give it a layer of protection from elements weak to lighting.

Description:
This jutsu in a defensive type of jutsu while in close quarters combat. The user releases a thin clear wall of raw chakra to deflect an enemies Kunai/shuriken( even explosive tags and or D rank Taijutsu.
The wall is not visible unless you have doujutsu or sensory perception, it only spans to the 2 meters in height and 2 meters from side to side. This is a form of basic ninjutsu which revolves precisely around flattening your chakra and spreading it out like that of a bed sheet. Danku will maintain for one full turn if need be and can be used multiple times per battle.

Description:
Users of this jutsu are normally women who enjoy fashion and accessorizing. The user wearing a scarf or having one in a ninja pouch will use it in close range combat wrapping up one of the enemies limbs with it. The user will then form the confrontation sign and will begin removing chakra from that binded limb. The scarf once infused with chakra cannot be cut by normal means and will have a tight bind on the enemy making it harder to slip away.

Can only be used 5 times per battle.

Description: Due to the fact most techniques are made up of raw chakra, An alternative way was devised to repel this Techniques. The user will mold their Lightning chakra, and channels it through the ground towards the target using the earth crust as a conductor. This lightning chakra would be extremely low insomuch the opposing target won't even sense it. This method would enable the user to magnetize the opposing target chakra (Positive), by linking their Magnetic chakra through the dormant Lightning chakra. Once a Fire/Wind jutsu is released, the user would simply thrust forth their dominant hand whilst magnetizing it (Positive) and repelsthe opponent's jutsu back at them. This technique is quite similar to Toroi's Magnetism Jutsu. However, the repelling Jutsu in question should be made up of the opponent's chakra.

Note:
• Can only be used once.
• Can repel raw chakra elements such as Fire, Water and Wind up to S-rank
• The opponent must be on a conducting platform such as Earth or water.
• Can only be taught by Savage.

(Doton: Kujira no beringu) - Earth Release: The belling of the whale

Description: As the name suggest, the user would mold their doton chakra whilst slamming both hands on the ground below creating a huge whale completely made of earth properties, having a diameter of 3 meters. Thereupon, this whale will merge itself into ground enabling it to somewhat appear itself from anywhere at Mid-range. Logically It would seems the whale is swimming through the earthcrust However, once the whale merge itself into ground, it's chakra would be disperse at a radius of 10meters (Mid-range) enabling it to appear itself anywhere on this range and swallowing the opposing target whole. Additionally, if the target manages to escape the whale, another whale can simply appear itself from another direction similar to a clone.

Following this the chakra will then compress the air that is present within short ranged of the user to form a flattened, circular, 2-D disk of having only a height and diameter of 2x2m. It can be formed either in front, behind, above, below, or beside the user, given it has the necessary space to do so and appears to be a small barrier of the sort complete with elaborate green glowing patterns, all formed by shaping the air to produce these cosmetic effects. Once the disk is formed the user will then place an object into the 'gate' and watch as his chakra that had spread to mid ranged prior form an identical gate of the same 2-D dimensions (2x2m) open up on the battlefield. It is comprised of an immense amount of air, compressed into such small dimensions that it begins to vibrate violently along with a distinctive humming sound. Through concentration the user will have the ball grow to reach the size of a size 5 football where it will take control of the air around the user up to mid ranged to form a sphere of tangible wind. This second sphere is influenced by the smaller much more focused wind ball and is tangible enough to push away enemies and objects. However, after the second sphere forms the user will release the condensed ball from his palms and through hand movements guide it around the field. Then, with a snap of his fingers the secondary outer dome will collapse with a powerful suction motion, pulling any and everything that isn't firmly rooted in the vicinity of the outer dome which is mid ranged from the smaller core. As sudden as the pull happens the smaller more condensed ball will then explode violently releasing all the stored chakra and compressed wind that had constructed it. As it explodes it releases a omnidirectional barrage of tiny wind shards along with a concussive force that can reduce rock to sand in seconds. This omnidirectional blast happens within mid ranged of the technique and as such it is advised that the user stays at least 15 meters away from the technique as he activates it.Note(s):

He'll then bring the right leg, which would be hanging behind, towards the opponent's ankle(s) in a short, horizontal instep kick but he won't complete the motion, instead he'll cease movement in the right foot as soon as it reaches about 5-6 inches from the opponent's targeted foot where he will release a small gust of wind with just the right amount of force to send them off their feet while his left hand in the form of a Shuto strike will come crashing down on the opponent's neck or head area but he won't complete this motion either, instead he'll stop his own hand a few inches from the target to have a more powerful gust of wind fire from his hand onto the targeted area from the user's upper left towards the lower right in a diagonal motion. The small gust supplied by the sweeping kick combined with the more powerful gust from the hand will cause an imbalance in the force applied on the opponent's body and send the opponent spinning in a clockwise motion with great force, capable of up to 4 revolutions spinning on the spot.

Description: Using hand movements, The user releases wind chakra from his fingertips to engulf the air molecules around. Then my manipulating his/her chakra, he/she molds the air molecules in a straight ultra thin line temporarily forming several thin threads of wind. The chakra then super coils the threads, much similar to how DNA is, while inducing cutting properties on it. This creates several nearly invisible strings of cutting wind that can be controlled by hand movements to cut stuff. Because of the small nature of the threads, they interact with objects on a near molecular level, at which stage their inherent sharpness allows them to easily slice through bonds that hold stuff together. Indeed this is their only function: to alter the structural integrity of objects by cutting their particles apart. When created, the strings are capable of cutting through most materials. They are less effective when used against metals or crystals due to their stronger structure.
-The threads will easily go through water(none affecting each other) or lighting(inherently stronger) or lightning, both affected only temporarily at the point of contact. However, fire of one rank lower would consume the strings. Solid objects of equal rank can be sliced by the strings.aren't. It would pass through wind of the same rank unaffected. The strings are particularly strong against wood, being able to slice through one rank higher wooden structures.
The technique has 5 variations which all rely on creating the thin ultra sharp threads/strings:
Free form String arts:[C-A rank, short-long]
After creating the strings a user attacks a target using hand and finger gestures to move the sharp strings accordingly. The strings move with hand movements at the speed the user makes the gestures. However the strings lag behind the movements by a second or two. ( This means that if a user raises his hand, creates the strings and then swipes his hand downwards, the strings will begin to move one or two seconds after the swipe has been initiated. However they will move at the speed the swipe was made. (mid range applications lag one second, long range lags two)
Shredding fists: [C-rank, short]
The user forms sharp strings connecting each finger on one hand to those on the other(or just a pair of fingers).
Embrace: [B-rank, short-long]
The user creates up to 5 strings and manipulates them to immediately wrap around an object/opponent. He/she can then control the strings by hand movements to fling the object/opponent around and into things. This application is limited to objects of moderate size such as limbs, but it is powerful enough to fling the target's entire body around after wrapping around his limb. It also deals shallow slice wounds on the body. However the greater the size the slower the technique.
It can only be used on objects of up to 10x the users size.
Can be used three times.(Only twice if Sliced and Diced has been used even once)
Sliced and Diced: [A-rank, short-long]
A variant application of Embrace. After wrapping around the target, the user clenches his fist causing the strings to constrict around what they hold and hence slice clean through. This application can be used on objects up to 10x the users size.

String Maze: [S-rank, short-mid]
The user releases his wind chakra into the ground and manipulates it to create a number of strings on the battlefield that form an intricate maze around him. The strings are anchored to the ground and are crisscrossed randomly moving upwards. The effect is a sort of labyrinth of sharp strings that any sizable object would find impossible to clear without damage. The strings can span from short range to mid range in all directions. Once an object gets into the radius of the maze, it is able to travel about 2 feet deep before new stings emerge and wrap around it in conjunction with the old ones to stop it dead in its tracks. All strings deal sharp cuts to trapped objects. The user can then decide to contract the strings around the object slicing the object into many several pieces.
-It is only capable of stopping objects 3x the user's size or less.
-Can only be used twice.

-Note: The strings aren't invisible. They give off a faint blue glimmer. However, due to the small size of the strings, a moving person's eye lens wouldn't be able to focus on them if the technique is performed after motion was started. Dojutsu would clearly see them as well as any other sensory ability.
-Note: Since the technique doesn't produce wind but simply relies on utilizing chakra to manipulate air molecules, its commencement is as fast as other techniques like swamp of the underworld albeit needing finger and sometimes hand gestures to control the movements of the strings. Although their creation is almost instant, after they are created they lag a second or two before they move(mid range applications lag one second, long range lags two). However they will move at the speed the hand/finger gestures controlling them is made.
-Note: The strings are controlled by finger/hand gestures because on creation, no matter how far away they materialize, one end is always attached to the user's fingers.

The user then quickly makes one seal and molds their fuuton chakra through out their body as well, releasing and manipulating it to closely surround the lightning chakra, like the rubber insulation around electrical wiring. Once achieved, the wind will act to shape the lightning into any form the user desires, as the lightning will be trapped inside the wind chakra unable to penetrate thru it's natural insulation (Could be in a spherical shape, or like a whip, or could surround the users body like Lighting armor). The user can extend it outwards in an attack up to mid range, the wind chakra carrying slicing properties like a sword however, once the attack strikes anything, the wind chakra, while cutting, will split an opening, like a break in an electrical wire, allowing the lightning chakra to escape the break and shock anything it touches (comes out as an unfocused blast, and the user can will the wind chakra to split on it's own without contacting anything). Another usage would be surrounding oneself in the lightning/wind chakra as protection, however doing so slices up the user as the wind chakra surrounding the lightning is dangerously close to them making this usage Forbidden.

Description: The user begins by molding their raiton chakra inside their abdomen region, manipulating it thru both their legs in 2 streams to the ground, the chakra then goes down 1 meter before quickly heading straight forwards at a 45* angle left and right to approximately 10 meters apart of the intended target. By forming the Dragon seal, both streams of lightning will rise from the ground in the form of lightning dragons that rush towards each other, 1 meter in diameter each and 5 meters long. One will shoot across at just above 2 meters above the ground while the other crosses 1 meter above, making them cross paths but not touch forming a sort of barrier of lighting momentarily as they do, that would shock and paralyze someone for 1 turn if they were to come into contact with hit. If the target is hit in the middle of the 2 dragons there would be piercing damage as well as shocking/paralyzing effects and severe burns from the electrical discharge. This can be used as a surprise attack from someones sides or to stop someone/somethings forward progression.

Description: By molding doton chakra to their feet, the user releases it below each foot manipulating the ground just below each one, about 4 inches deep in the exact shape of their shoes/boots/whatever they are wearing or their bare feet. As they do so, they use the chakra to stick each foot to this section of ground while also dislodging the piece of earth, manipulating it hardening it's consistency to stone like. When the user lifts their feet, they will have the earth stuck to the bottom and can strike with kicks, either smashing the target with direct blows or striking towards someone releasing the chakra sending the piece of rock flying off up to short range.

Description: Either from a position falling towards the ground, or from the user jumping high into the air, some sort of descending movement in needed for this taijutsu technique. The user, as he falls towards the ground, spins rapidly on his sides (horizontally) in order to produce massive amounts of spinning momentum. Further covering their leg with a layer of water chakra, the user creates a localized, spinning vortex of water around their leg.The user then performs a devastating, spinning S-rank kick aimed from above the target. If the target intended to be hit somehow evades, the user can also release the water vortex upon contact with the ground (or any other medium they strike) from the miss. From where the user initially strikes, a large crater is created due to the force of the strike. The water vortex is then released in a wave (the direction decided by the user) from the epicenter of the technique which is intended to catch the fleeing target. The incoming wave of water is considered to be A-rank if released.

I'm okay with that in this one as long as the wave of water is considered distinct from the kick, meaning if you were to have a ton of taijutsu damage bonuses, the wave would remain a standard A-rank. On top of that if released it needs to count as a move. Can't allow a free A-rank.

Further covering their leg with a layer of water chakra, the user creates a localized, spinning vortex of water around their leg. The user then performs a devastating, spinning S-ranked kick aimed from above the target. If the target intended to be hit somehow evades, the user can also release the water vortex upon contact with the ground (or any other medium they strike) from the miss. From where the user initially strikes, a large crater is created due to the force of the strike. The water vortex is then released in a wave (the direction decided by the user) from the epicenter of the technique which is intended to catch the fleeing target. The incoming wave of water is considered to be A-rank if released and counts as a move of the user. The wave would be unaffected by taijutsu damage bonuses, remaining at A-rank unless the user also possesses an additional water release bonus (such as a CW, 7SM, etc).

Description: A unique toad technique, where the user will perform the Boar hand seal. This will cause warts to appear all over the user. These warts will rapidly grow in size. The warts may all vary in size so that they can range from the size of a fingertip to the size of a hand. These warts can be created all over the user’s body or simply in specific parts. These warts all contain a unique acid similar to that of the acid that is found within the toad’s stomach as seen when Jiraiya drags one of Peins bodies into the pit of a Toads stomach, filled with Acid. These warts will protect the user from incoming Taijutsu attacks as well as being compatible with Taijutsu moves, making your moves more lethal. As said if the warts hit a surface like the opponents body or cloth, or if the opponent hits the warts with an attack it will splash open releasing the acid upon the surface that hit it, causing immediate acidic damage upon the area. Another way of using this technique is more used by the Toads, where they will utilize the Toad Warts jutsu on their tongue while using it in combat, to make their tongue dangerous and maybe even lethal. A side note to this technique may be that Toads have a natural resistance to their own acidic insides and due to the signers of the contracts having been trained by the toads and having spent many months with them on Mount Myoboku, they have gained the same resistance towards the acidic substance so as to say they take no damage if any acidic liquid were to touch them. This technique has a short ranged reach, but when utilized with the reach of the toads tongue as an example, it would have the same reach.

Description: The user will perform the summoning technique ending it with slamming their palm upon the ground. The ground beneath and around the opponent will begin to swarm with tiny tadpoles no larger than the thumb of a human. These tadpoles have but one purpose, that purpose being to swarm the opponent or other summoning animals, attaching themselves to them, consuming them inside a massive swarm of tadpoles. Besides consuming the target making it very difficult for them to move as well as suffocating them and adding significant amount of weight to their entire body, the tadpoles hold a unique ability to suck out the chakra of any living being that they attach themselves to, effectively draining the target from chakra. Furthermore these tadpoles when consuming the targets chakra they will grow in size, adding more weight and pressure on the target over time. This technique may also be used in a more stealth way, where the user only makes a few tadpoles that will attach to the targets feet or clothes. From there the tadpoles will create a resonating yet very low frequency of sound similar to that of the chatter between toads. This will make for a unique way of locating the target, as the user will be capable of hearing this sound due to his knowledge and training with the toads, so that he can during anytime find his target even if vision is taken away. Yet this sound coming from the tadpoles are on such a low frequency that only the user and those who have signed the toad contract can hear it, and some special shinobi whom have higher level of hearing than a normal ninja or samurai etc.

Description: The great sword, known as the Stone Sword, was a secret sword from Mount Myoboku. Slate grey in color, the sword has a circular, hollow, pommel with a fairly long grip. A chain connects the pommel to the hilt of the sword which is joined to the blade. This ancient sword has a wide blade, which has several markings resembling veins running down its length. The sword was forged by the toad smiths, inside the belly of a fire breathing toad. The sword is made of a unique stone only found on Mount Myoboku and the so called veins that you see run down the swords length, are in truth the pulsing veins and flesh of a fire breathing toad. These veins from the fire breathing toad are not only covering the sword it is also forged into it, so the veins are running through it. The sword itself can only be wielded by the owner of the sword. The reason for this is its defense mechanism. The Stone Sword is like signing a contract, the wielder must smear blood upon his hand and place it on its handle, from that day forth, the blood and finger print is melted into the handle, and only the person with that exact blood and fingerprint may wield the sword. If another person may attempt to wield the sword, the sword will not recognize the wielder, and the veins on the sword will shoot out at blitzing speed, wrapping themselves around the person while digesting them and rapidly enlarging, essentially consuming and digesting the person whom would attempt to wield it, similar to someone whom have been reverse summoned into the stomach of a fire breathing toad. If the opponent is in touch with the sword while in combat, the veins on the sword may begin to attach to the target and digest the specific body part.

The Stone Sword has a few unique abilities that gives its wielder quite the edge in combat over their opponent. There are a total of 2 abilities which the sword possesses besides its defensive mechanism which activates automatically if someone tries to wield it.

The first ability of the sword is a defensive property which is activated through the user allowing the veins on the sword to wrap around him while then letting them digest his chakra, causing the veins to rapidly increase in size, creating a dome of meat, which has the same unique property as the fire breathing toads stomach. As such this meat dome which protects the user as the veins detaches after having sucked out the chakra and creates a dome with short range reach, where the user can do as he wishes from the inside. The properties of this meat dome are that it is highly resistant towards fire and heat based techniques as well as Taijutsu and solid objects it may repel. Of course this only applies to techniques within reason. If this meat dome catches an incoming Taijutsu attack, it will consume that body part while then drag in the person, consuming them whole and digesting them in the process. This ability is known as the Stomach Dome.

The second ability is where the offensive prowess of the sword is shown. Using the veins that are imbued into and running down the length of the stone sword, the user will generate a large amount of heat on the surface of the sword, causing the sword to become so heated that it will cause 2nd degree burns if someone touches it and it may use this heated blade to slice through stronger objects such as metal, earth etc. While if the user wishes it he may cause this heat to convert onto a single point on the sword and release it in a form of a blast of fire which goes out in a single direction incinerating anything in its path. This ability is known as the Burning Veins.
Note:
- Can only be wielded by Gutsy Jiraiya and those he allow
- To wield the sword one must have signed the Toad Contract
- The Stomach Dome technique is equal to an A-rank technique and due to it being made from the stomach of a fire breathing toad it has a natural resistance towards fire and heated elements and may stop fire and heated elements of up to S-rank. The stomach dome technique can resist solid attacks of up to B-rank and it can defend against A-rank and below Taijutsu.
- The digesting process is also increased similar to the Toad Mouth Binding for both the abilities of the sword, seeing it consumes and eats a human person within seconds, if the opponent is not capable of escaping its grasp.
- The Stomach Dome technique counts towards the move count. The Stomach Dome may be used twice per battle. The Burning Veins technique also counts towards the move count and it may be used trice per battle.
- The Burning Veins technique is equal to a B-rank technique when used simply as a heated sword, but if used to cause a blast of fire to come from the sword it counts as an A-rank technique.

Bata is a crucifix that when activated, tranforms into pair of ear morphs with an angellic apperance that appears as if the user has a pair of elvish ears. The ear morphs are fixed on the user's ears and won't come off unless the user deactivates it thus making it tranform back to a crucifix. The indestructible black colored ear-morphs is fabricated from an unknown material, tightly fixed that it won't fall off even during complex movements until the user removes it himself.

Bata would at all times, be in link with the user's auditory senses, brainwaves and chakra system and is able to manipulate sound chakra which he can now use/release in 4 different ways/beats.
Ìlù Àgèrè - Beat of Tranquility :
This is a basic and passive ability of Bata that is always on as long as he is active. Apparently, when Bataa is active, the user is shut from any form of external sound making him totally deaf. However, Bata passively records external sounds and by itself translate it in an alternate electromagnetic form directly to the user's sense of touch. By this, the user can't hear sound but can feel them. This is akin to using sound as a sonar to be able to feel and sense matter due to the sound they give off, a similar phenomenon to "Inner Sonar Skill". The user having being used to the consequencies of Bata and the drawback which is deafness, although he can feel sound, he could not actually feel what exactly is being said if the particular sound is a conversation thus making him train to be able to read lips.
Ìlù Gángan - Beat of Exorcism:
Bata is able to tap into the user chakra, draw them out and use it to form a shield/barrier of sound. Bata reacts to this upon sensing an incoming entity though it may or may not require the user's will depending on the situation. If the user isn't able to utilize his will due to him being unconcious(though still alive) or in a will-subduing jutsu of any kind, then Bata reacts itself so far the user still has chakra that it can leech. If the user can use his will properly, then it requires the user's will to form the barrier. The shield is able to deflect/bounce back A-rank and below jutsu and depending on the kind or area affected by the incoming jutsu, the shield can be large, small, parabilic or even spherical, encompassing 360deg around the user. This can only be used once per turn and count as a move.
NOTE: Can only be wield by Priest
NOTE: The user sacrifices 5 chakra point per turn while its active. The user however, can deactivate it anytime thus loosing access to the weapon's abilities.
NOTE: When Bata is inactive and worn on the neck as a crucifix, it serves no purpose but for fashion.
NOTE: Activation and transition of Bata from crucifix to ear-morphs is instant and takes no time whatsoever.

Declined. Really makes no sense at all. If a drawback is deafness, why have need to use it anyway after being deaf? oh right, to constantly make an instant shield that protects you from A-rank techs all together, for as many times as you want. And that +5 more chakra on wind jutsus next to the 10 more damage on sound techniques (while sound isn't even an open skill in the first place, but requires to be taught and you need permission) really sets some drawbacks for you. (sarcasm btw). Really change pretty much the whole lot about this, because as of now it has no drawbacks at all for the power it gives you.

By sacrificing the ability of Beat of Exocrism for the remainder of the match, this abilty can be used to deflect a single jutsu of any rank above A-rank. However due to chakra strain from this, the user is not able to perform forbidden ranked techniques of any kind for 2 turns.

Lets focus on the first ability first. How exactly does converting the sound to the sense of touch convey to you any sort of meaningful information? You compare it to the inner sonar skill, but that isn't really related as it has nothing to do with touch. Perhaps a better method would be that instead of converting it to touch it just skips your ear and triggers the auditory area of your brain directly making you "hear" everything without the worry of being hurt by loud noises and the such, assuming that's what you're trying to avoid with this. SO I guess either explain how feeling the sound helps you, or change it up a little.

Through the application and kneading of the user's elemental chakra, The user can adopt this to make elemental technique to pass through him one element at a time. Description: The user channels wind chakra into either his arms or legs. When he uses this on his arms he would spread out his arms away from his body and coats his hands upto his elbow in wind. The wind continously rotates like a drill with the small end at the finger. At the elbow, the drill is large and have spaces like puting one's hand in a cone. Adding more chakra allows the user to expand the drill at will increasing its range(upto 5m) and rotation speed. When used on the legs, the user can decide to use it on each legs separately or he closes up his legs and use it on both legs at once as one giant drill. Using it on the legs however, requires one to be airbone as using it while standing on the ground makes it drill into the ground. This however can be used to the user's advantage to drill and move through the ground or to drill through rigid obstacles. Defensively, the user can flatten the drill to form a rotating shield of wind. More like a rotating fan with the blade made of wind. The user can transition between the defensive and the offensive form in an instant.
NOTE: S-rank can only be used 3x per battle

Description: Quick fingers and an eye for detail were the Dollmaster's trademarks. But only once did he use his skills to create a weapon. This was the result, as colossal as his dolls were delicate. In a small town once known as "Arashi" lived a man known as the Dollmaster, he was well known for his craftsmanship, building and designing anything from furniture to houses but nothing compared to his Dolls, every single doll different in detail from it's previous. ranging in sizes and styles. Over the years he made thousands of Dolls, all made for his private collection. Every year during the week long "Festival of Lights". The Dollmaster placed is Dolls out on display to shine under the fireworks. After seeing the delicate Dolls, the Leader of the town admired his craftsmanship and asked the Dollmaster to make a Sword for him. Although the Dollmaster had never made a sword, he was excited to take on the challenge. Over the fallowing weeks, the Dollmaster spent most of his time on the sword, he crafted an unique blade. Upon finishing it's final details. the Dollmaster was killed by having his neck slit, his blood spilling out over the blade, his body lied bleeding out over the blade for weeks until he was found in his workshop under his home. it is unknown why the Dollmaster was assassinated. Later, after the creation of the Ninja Villages, the remaining Dollmaster's Dolls where collected and put on display in a museum located in the Land of Waves. his sword was placed as his most regarded piece of work and held as his homesteads most prize treasure. After seeing the Blade and unknown Ninja stole it for himself, only then did he learn the blade's Dominic past. Hearing the Dollmaster's voice echo throughout his mind.
Abilities Notes:
-Because of the Blood absorbed from the Dollmaster, this blade gained his chakra and soul, allowing for the sword to contaminated with it's user as if it was the Dollmaster himself. This allows the Dollmaster's Blade to alert it's wielder of anyone up to a Mid-range area.
-Once per battle the Dollmaster is able to Infuse his Chakra into it's wielder. by using this foreign Chakra the Dollmaster is able to dispelled any Genjutsu up to A-rank, giving it's wielder a clean slate.
-The Style of it's blade, is unique as it is a chain blade, allowing it's wielder to extend it's reach and un-extend it's reach up to a Mid Range area.
-Because of the Dollmaster's eye for detail, this blade is razor sharp and made out of an unknown metal that and never dulls, it is as sharp as it was the day it was forged.

Over the years he made thousands of Dolls, all for his private collection. Every year during the week long "Festival of Lights". The Dollmaster placed is Dolls out on display to shine under the fireworks. After seeing the delicate Dolls, the Leader of the town admired his craftsmanship and asked the Dollmaster to make a Sword for him. Although the Dollmaster had never made a sword, he was excited to take on the challenge. Over the fallowing weeks, the Dollmaster spent most of his time on the sword, he crafted a unique blade. Upon finishing it's final details The Dollmaster found himself arrested for unknown charges. Taken and chained in the dungeons beneath the town, the Dollmaster found himself standing in the middle of a diagram, his sword next to him. After a sudden flash from the markings on the ground the Dollmaster found himself unable to move, unable to feel. His soul being sealed within the Blade and his very being forever changed. Over time, after the creation of the Ninja Villages, the remaining Dollmaster's Dolls where collected and put on display in a museum located in the Land of Waves. His sword was placed as his most regarded piece of work and held as his homesteads most prize treasure. After seeing the Blade an unknown Ninja stole it for himself, only then did he learn the blade's past. Hearing the Dollmaster's voice echo throughout his mind.
Abilities Notes:
-The Dollmaster being sealed into the blade, It gained his chakra and soul, allowing for the sword to contaminated with it's user through a mind link. This allows the Dollmaster's Blade to alert it's wielder of anything up to a Mid-range area.
-The Dollmaster is able to Infuse his Chakra into it's wielder. By using this foreign Chakra the Dollmaster is able to Recognize and dispelled any Genjutsu up to A-rank, giving it's wielder a clean slate.
-The Dollmaster, being loyal to it's wielder will attack anyone else's mind when held. This forcibly loosening the grip of the blade and deals -20 mental damage to the victim
-The Style of it's blade, is unique as it is a chain blade, allowing it's wielder to extend it's reach and un-extend it's reach up to a Mid Range area.
-Because of the Dollmaster's eye for detail, this blade is razor sharp and made out of an unknown metal that and never dulls, it is as sharp as it was the day it was forged.

The illusion causes the opponent to see themselves trapped inside of a giant metal box that emerges from the ground at extremely high speed, one that closes a the top once they're inside and just barely big enough for them to move around in. The front of the box, where they are facing, is barred, giving the appearance of a prison. Once the box has emerged, which takes about no time at all, the opponent then experiences blue flames being launched from every corner, aside from the front of the box where the bars are. The flames, of course, are completely illusionary but feels real due to the opponent's believing the flames are real. The flames converge on the opponent, causing pain in the form of mental damage. The flames last for about five seconds, then fade away along with the rest of the illusion.

Description:The user will place the opponent in a Genjutsu that causes them to see a large crack form in the ground in front of them, measuring about a foot long. From the crack, a large torrent of water will burst forward and form a dome around the opponent, stretching just behind them and beyond the crack. As the water emerges, so will two giant octopus tentacles that wrap around the opponent's body as the water emerges around them, restraining their movement. This creates the illusion that the opponent is floating in a giant orb of water with two octopus tentacles restraining them. Due to the body believing it is truly restrained and underwater, it will believe it cannot move and is drowning, causing the opponent to start to choke and be unable to move in reality and to pass out after one turn of the Genjutsu affecting them.

This jutsu was created simply to make techniques used in the Chishi Shindou style more dangerous. Users of the style store extra Chakra into their throwing arm in order to strengthen it physically, which results in stronger and faster throws, similar to the simple ability of using chakra in your feet to run faster or chakra enhanced physical attacks to hit harder. With the chakra enhanced throws of the boomerangs, they gain more speed, equaling twice the user's base speed, making each boomerang harder to keep up with. The killing potential of each thrown boomerang also rise exponentially, thus adding +20 damage to blunt and slicing damage due to the the power the boomerangs are launched with. This enhanced throwing ability only works on freeform boomerangs and fatal impact techniques seeing as it takes a certain style to throw the boomerangs, thus the added affects wouldn't be applied to say a kunai or thrown sword.

Stealtharang is a special technique created based off of the Hiding in camouflage technique in order to create more stealthy attacks with the fatal impact style. The user uses the same basis as its mother technique to control how light is reflected around the boomerangs with chakra inflections to camouflage the boomerang by simply touching it and adding chakra to it to achieve a "Stealtharang". The technique also erases the shadow, and is usable on any terrain, making it ideal not only for covert maneuvers but also offensive strikes with fatal impact techniques combined with this. Perceiving the boomerang's position is possible only for ninja who are astute enough to observe minute variations within their surrounding environment, such as distortions of air currents in the immediate vicinity or distinguishing sounds of the boomerangs as they move in the air (Doujutsu, sensors, sound users). The user can turn any boomerang into a Stealtharang and up to 4 at a time, thus allowing the boomerangs to achieve this state for 2 turns before the inserted chakra runs out and the boomerangs are converted back to normal.

Description:
Akegata madei is a simple technique revolved around the suction aspects of wind release. The user will perform 3 hand seals (Dragon - Snake - Boar) and use the wind naturally present around them to create three small creatures of harmless wind. The creature's bodies would be that of basketball sized orbs coupled with a halo of wind over the bodies, sad faces, and angel type wings that were smaller than the creatures themselve.. Once the creatures are created they'd act like moons to the user, orbiting them until commanded to act. The creatures once commanded to, can each create a powerful localized suction towards them that sucks in things at a quick pace. This suction is so precise that a single creature can suck a specific kunai to it out of several thrown for if needed, though the suction only reaches up to short range in any given direction of a single creature. This makes it to be a useful technique when it comes to avoiding damage or setting an opponent up, but it is quite limited in how large of an object they can suck in. The creatures can only suck in objects ranging from up to the size of a medium summon such as Sasuke's hawk, anything bigger or with alot of mass wouldnt be pulled in. These creatures can all be controlled to move to different positions on the field that would help fit any strategy that involves them using their suction effect; i.e. having one creatures 5m above you at all times so if a small projectile came at you the orb can suck you towards it to do an evasive maneuver upwards, or having a creature near your arm/leg during taijutsu movement to suck an evading opponent back at your attack.. The creatures are limited in usage while active though, each only being able to use the suction once per turn, though with one usage all three creatures can be used. Each creature is tethered to the user's chakra network via thin intangible strings of fuuton that aren't visible to the naked eye, allowing the creatures to maintain themselves and stay in play while the user is acts on his own. This becomes useful for the user to focus on his actual attacks and defenses until the creatures are needed to act. Each tether can near instantly be reattached by spending +10 more chakra to reconnect a new one, in case the tethers are severed in any way and the creatures are still in tact. At any given point, the creatures can passively combine suctions with one another to increase the power and range of their suction. Two creatures combining their suction can reach up to mid range, in width, height and distance, sucking anything in within that range. All three combining the suctions would be able to do the same but with longe ranged width, height and distance. This can only be done with the creatures within close range of one another though.

Description: this jutsu is based off the elemental rasengan jutsu. After having released a jutsu of pure chakra, the user will use their nature contol focussing more chakra into the jutsu to give it an elental chakra changing the chakra to that element. So if the user throws a kunai of pure chakra they can then release more chakra into it focussing on a element such as lightning and the kunai will then turn to lightning. This jutsu doesn't make the original jutsu stronger it was based on trying to counter pure chakra weakness to the elements.

Note: if focussing earth the chakra will Change to mud
Note: must wait one full turn before using again
Note: once an element is chosen it can't be changed
Note: doesn't work on bijuu jutsu

Description: The user creates two ropes of wind that attach to their arm holding the sword and their leg on the same side of the body. The ropes then begin to move in the opposite direction that the user is facing in order to create a strong pulling current. While the wind is pulling on the user's arm and leg, the user pivots their other leg on the ground. The result of the pulling wind and pivot leg causes the user's body to rotate backwards while the wind ropes also slightly drag the user toward the direction of pivot. This part of the technique enables the user to quickly rotate out of the way. In order to regain balance after the spin the user is forced to plant both legs on the ground and enter a crouching position. From this position the user can carry out the rest of their move. After this first step is complete, the user is able to avoid reasonably-sized objects and projections (most likely objects of a few meters in width), and move behind the object or projectile in a crouching position. The user's arm with the sword should now also be directly behind the object or projectile. The user then focuses raw chakra into their sword and as they stand up the user swings their arm backward, imitating the opening of a single wing. The sword as it is swung releases a stream of chakra that forms into a single wing. The stream is raw chakra and shrapnel that results from the blade shattering and is only able to be defended with techniques of equal strength. Anything caught in the wing will be reduced to shreds. The shrapnel is required to give the wing this shredding quality. The latter part of this technique can be performed without a sword by recreating the wing with simple wind. This introduces all elemental strengths and weaknesses and removes any offensive capabilities making this a pure defensive technique. The wing made of wind is able to disperse fluids up to the same rank. This is simply meant to diffuse those elements into the air like that of a flapping wing dispersing dust to prevent the opponent from manipulating the fluids further to attack the user from behind. If this hits earth while using only the wind variation, it does no damage. Similarly, if it hits the opponent, it only pushes them with S-rank strength. If the opponent can avoid any impacts with the ground or walls, they can prevent all damage. It is simply meant to create some space between the user and the opponent and expose the opponent's back for a follow up attack. The direct impact of the wind wing cannot damage the opponent.

Description: The user is able to focus chakra on the very tip of their sword while holding it with forward grip. The user then lets go of their sword to cause a very small natural dip in the tip of the sword. The user then immediately grabs the sword with reverse grip. The very small natural dip of the tip of the sword where the chakra was concentrated results in a smooth cut in the air. With the reverse grip, the user retraces the cut, arcs the sword backward while extending the user's arm away from their body. This causes the initial cut to be expanded. The smooth natural of the cut enables the user to remove all the air in the path of the slash and create a zero pressure zone. But this cannot ever be a true pressure zone, something will always try to fill the space. By timing the slash perfectly, the user is able to draw an opposing technique into this zone. Essentially creating a more efficient channel for the technique. This enables the user to redirect even large techniques with a simple well-timed slash of their sword. It is able to move fluids and energy, concentrated or un-concentrated through the current up to the same rank. It cannot be used on solids. The result of the technique wears down the tip leaving it a flat blunt edge. If a sword is not accessible the user is able to change this to a pure wind technique, and user their fingers, but in that instance, it can only affect wind techniques and not any other form of energy. This technique requires the utmost discipline as the user must come face to face with an opposing technique without retreating into order for the tip of the sword to generate the current zone. Once the current is created, the energy is moved away with such speeds that the user can continue without stopping and reach the opponent.

Description: The user casts his opponent into an illusion in which, the hair through out his body suddenly stands on it's own as if though he was getting a goose bump. Unlike the pleasant feeling you get from a Goose bump, upon erection the hair drills inward into the body, as if the hair were made of metal. The depth of the wound is proportional to the length of the hair and the density. Due to the fact that every inch of a person's body is covered in hair, the pain felt is excruciating. The user of the technique can target specific body parts or the whole body. The most affected part is the head, due to the density of hair resulting in severe headaches, making the opponent unable to focus on anything in particular. As a result of the piercings, the opponent is rendered motionless.

Description: Earth Style techniques overpower Water Style techniques by the means of overpowering the cohesive nature of water, and splashing the water molecules apart. To overcome this weakness, the user activates Neptune Binding ability. Upon activation, the cohesive nature of the water molecules manipulated by the user are enhanced to a greater degree. The result is that, the water style techniques loose their inherent weakness to earth style techniques. This means that an A-rank Water techniques can very well defend against an A-rank Earth technique. Another effect of the technique is that, water constructs like the water dragon, shark etc are boosted by +10 damage due to the fact, the water is much more destructive that what it used to be.
