Just like Itachi gave extra protection to Sasuke at the sight of Madara's Sharingan, if Sasuke's sharingan(Itachi's eye implanted) is nullified in front of Naruto(the power given to Naruto by Itachi), it will be awesome to watch Sasuke's depressing face.

You are so funny. Don't forget though that Itachi was so soft when it came to Sasuke. He loved him way way too much. I do not believe that he would do something to completely hurt Sasuke.
It is actually sad that he might be forced to fight in a war, something that he really hated. If I remember right, the first Hokage and second Hokage apologised to the third Hokage when they were fighting him which means that they can still sense what is going on, despite having no control of their actions.
