And Since you're not providing distance, then 64 palms one shots.

But even from a far distance, its not like Karin has any good control over the chains, seeing as how they went all over the place, and left her body wide open for a direct and easy assault by Guruguru. She can't use them for defense, and all Hinata has to do is lunge straight at her.

Avoiding the chains will also be easy for Hinata, if that happens to be the case, as by the time of the war, her speed increased considerably, and her reflexes, thanks to the Byakugan, are good enough to dodge the chains, assuming Karin can even aim them first, or she could alternatively destroy them using gentle fist.

I doubt she's getting hit by them. Karin only ever spurt them at a boss sized object and showed little control or accuracy

Anime Hinata wouldn't even feel a thing from those chains, given that she tanked Shinra Tensei like 5 times. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

How can you say 64 palms one shots when she got stabbed with a tree and she just brushed it off. An argument that her chakra would be blocked is simply not accurate. Karin still wins

Right, already explained above how that isn't gonna work. Those chains don't even have blitzing feats, as attacking a stationary statue does not count. Then again, with the condition OP gave, this fight is even more so in Hinata's favor than it would be in canon.

Getting stabbed by those trees caused damage to her organs. 64 palms closes of the chakra network and in turn chakra itself, disabling Karin from healing or using her chains.

As I said, if we're using filler, those chains aren't even gonna faze Hinata, as she was able to tank around 5 shinra tenseis. And she has her guardian 64 palms.
