Upon seeing the bad bad man Ragna activated his sensory abilities and yelled to him. YOU ARE A BAD PRIEST! WHY ME NO BEAT YOU!? T_T. Ragna wanted to consider him a rival but if you looked at there last few fights its been rather one sided. Maybe this would be different, or perhaps this was just one of those matchups. smh. Either way Ragna would prove his worth. Shooting smoke bombs to his side he quickly created a clone of smoke to his right (R1).

He even admits it. >_>, for some readon just being in his presence was enough to piss you off. Ragna could sense the barrier being erected, but he didn't know its purpose. He just noted that his opponent was capable of fuinjutsu at least to this level.

Ragna said sarcastically as he had the smoke clone create a giant humanoid creature that looked like a genie. It was large, in fact, it could reach up to long range. Being comprised of smoke physical attacks barely produced any effect. While that was happening performed a single handseal and released a cloud of ash from his mouth as the limbs of the genie would move to blind and suffocate Priest. The stagnant ash would blend in with the smoke hands clasped around Priest and with a click of the teeth it would ignite and explode.

The intangibility of smoke allows the Dark Cloud Genie to attack forming up to four arms reaching long range out of its body comprised of smoke. The Dark Cloud Genie using his limbs and body can easily act as a smoke screen or suffocate the enemy. This jutsu works well against close combat taijutsu/kenjutsu fighters because its gaseous state is barely effected by attacks meant to deal physical damage much like the smoke dragon jutsu.

Choosing not to ignite the ash Ragna channeled his chakra and performed a single handseal. He began to expel an enourmous stream of flames capable of dwarfing even an incomplete Susano'O. The stream consumed the wall of tornadoes and burned everything along its path. As the surroundings burned the smoke clone gathered the smoke that was being created across the battlefield and created a thickblinding smokescreen that would quickly subdue the enemy due to suffocation.

Ragna was ready to pursue Priest as he began to fly up when Ragna noticed the terrain changing as well. Using his complete control of his Curse Mark to his advantage Ragna partially transformed by forming the wing associated with his Curse Mark Lv2 Form. He then flew up toward Priest after performing three handseals with faster speeds (at which point you already released your water jutsu) and formed the famous Lightning Cutter and directly offset the attack with force as he continued forward toward Priest maneuvering through the air with his flying ability. (Not sure if the Raiton would be able to conduct through the stream to your mouth but that was also one of my intents.) Ragna drew out one of his reverse blades and then hit Priest with his right hand swinging toward his rib cage from your left. The force would be enough to break bones should it hit.

Description: Aside from the first and second levels of the seal, skilled users of the seal are able to perform partial transformations enabling the user to transform a part or parts of their body into the form it bares while under the full transformation of Cursed Mark Level 2. This is accomplished by partially mastering the spreading of the Senjutsu Chakra released from the cursed mark and enabling it to effectively only affect one area of the body. While in this state, half of the user's face becomes grayed according to the side of the body that the user transforms their body. Description: The Lightning Cutter is an enhanced and concentrated form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks that is done performing the Ox → Rabbit → Monkey hand seals. According to Might Guy, it gained its name after Kakashi split a bolt of lightning with it. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Cutter requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Cutter is much more focused. Kakashi has shown different ways of forming and using the Lightning Cutter, unique to him. For example, he demonstrated the ability to imbue a projectile weapon, such as a kunai, with his Lightning Cutter, granting the technique long-range capabilities by throwing the kunai towards his target. In this instance, the kunai was capable of piercing through multiple large rocks with ease, without any loss of momentum or change in trajectory.
Note: Kakashi biographies can use the technique without hand seals.

(Sakashima Yaiba:Enko hagane) Reverse Blade Style: Arc Of Steel

Description: This technique is useful specially against guard weapons (Kunais, Shields, Swords) and even some guard taijutsu/kenjutsu. The user will take and grip the sword in their dominant hand and channel earth chakra into the sword hardening the sword very similar to the earth spear technique. He will then swing it horizontal towards the opponents ribcage sending him flying to the side. This would bruise the opponent harshly. This can be used against a weapon as if they were to clash a regular sword with this technique, this technique would break through the sword due to sheer strength and continue its initial path (to come in contact with the opponents ribcage to do damage)

Note: Can use max of 3 times
Note: Requires a break of at least 2 turns.
Note: This technique can break up to B rank Kenjutsu techniques that are not chakra enhanced

As you swing towards my left, I intercept the blade with my left palm, halting the movement of the blade completely and grabing it inbetween my left index finger and thumb while at the same time, I swing my right arm across your neck, swing from your left to right. As my hand move across, a bayonet appears from my right sleeve, slashing through your esoph-agus.

Paw Paw Arts: Impact Dial (Nykyu Nykyu no Mi: Inpakuto Daiaru)

absorbed force is expunged, it can cause 60 damage if previously used to absorb A-rank,

Description: The user takes advantage of
their paws and, upon physical contact, any
impact is absorbed instantaneously. This is
seen by the clan members as an invert push. The impact is stored on the paw until the
user is able to catch his opponent off guard,
striking them with the full power of the
absorbed technique. The absorbed force can
be released also as a focused blast of air
pressure from the paw that aborbed it. While the paw instantenously absorb the impact,
the momentum of the jutsu or technique in
question stops totally and either falls as a
dormant entity or deforms while proceeding
no further. The user can at the same
instance, release the absorbed force instead of choosing to store it for a while.
Alternatively, the user can use the paw in
form of a suction through reverse repel
action to stop a surrounding force be it push
or pull by absorbing the closely embracing
kinetic energy (only if they are close to the user) like any remote force, encapsulating
the user. Also after absorption, he can

*The user can simultaneously perform a

We are in the middle of a canyon. The platform we are on is an extremely tall pillar above the clouds that only has short range area meaning we have to fight head up or else we fall to our deaths. 0_0 (theoretically speaking. We both have ways to survive)

Seeing his blade stopped was a big shock. This was due to the fact that an attack that boasts extreme physical force was negated with such ease. He was already thrown into the fire so to speak so this was no time to sit back in awe. Simultaneously Priest swung his other arm across Ragna, or at least that was his intention. Ragna contorted toward his left as he moved to kick your right arm using his right leg after a slight hop to halt its movement and counter in such a way. As his momentum was causing him to turn toward his left counterclockwise he channeled Raiton chakra directly into the reverse blade you were holding. Despite its natural blunt force the blade did not produce or interfere with the chakra channeled into it so it did not prevent Raiton chakra from being channeled and the blade would definitely numb, Priests arm. This was not all. During this time Ragna was also reaching across his body drawing a normal sword from one of his many holsters. Once drawn it would be held below the reverse blade creating a two pronged slash from my right to your left attack with as one blade (reverse blade imbued with Raiton) would come across Priests upper body and the lower blade would come across his lower body. Ragna kept his eyes on Priest the entire time making sure he made no mistakes so close to the enemy.

"NOW THIS IS A FIGHT HAHA! MY BLOOD IS BOILING NOW!"

Your blood is boiling? Is your blood scared of me? Are you scared of me?

As you tilt sideways evading my bayonet slash, I quickly see you bring your legs close to kick my right hand. This prompts me to will it and my wings flaps a few time elevating me 3meters higher though as I am lifted into the sky with speed, I jab my left palm downwards releasing the stored Impact(60damage from using impact dial) while simulteneously augmenting it with another paw technique. The lethal blast would rip through you. The platform and everything around it.

As his last attack was evaded Priest flew in the air 3 meters above Ragna. And then used his terrible force to destroy Ragna. Things indeed were looking bad. Once the user has paralyzed their intended target they will begin to quickly channel wind chakra all throughout their body and into their sword. Once done the user would dash with great speed towards the opponent delivering a fatal horizontal slash towards their opponents Mid Section with the sword infused with wind. The user uses the wind that gathered around their body to augment their speed Increasing their speed , though still trackable to the nake eye The moment the user begins to channel wind chakra and dash the lightning stops circulating allowing the opponent to freely move without being paralyze Though it would still be a delay in the opponents reaction (Around a second, enough time to properly counter) . This jutsu is considered forbidden due to the huge amount of lightning chakra the user has to emit, while adding wind chakra to the combination it makes the jutsu a drastic chakra drainer. Leaving the user with mass fatigue.

As his last attack was evaded Priest flew in the air 3 meters above Ragna. And then used his terrible force to destroy Ragna. Things indeed were looking bad. With the sudden terrain change Ragna was unable to complete his move and destroy the bad man. His lightning would be split by Priest he performed a backflip and fired off a crescent wave of wind. Having clashed with an S rank lightning the wind would have been a bit weakened from the encounter. (A rank) While Ragna was falling from an unbelievable height coupled with the backflip by Preist the area between them had grown. The wind attack from Priest clashed with the lightning and continued on pace to hit Ragna pretty soon. Ragna did not know what was immediately in store for him at the bottom of this fall, but he also knew that a fall from this height aided by the wind blast would not end to well. Whipping out a scroll Ragna channeled his Katon chakra into it and released a very powerful Dragon comprised of fire. It ripped through the wind crescent easily and continued toward Priest. Ragna used this time to reactivate his sensing and use his partial transformation abilitis once again to continue this aerial fight.

As you fling the fire towards me, I make a seal and spew water that quickly encamps me in a circular wall. Bringing down the wall immediately it served it's purpose. Then I see you enter your accursed state once again and sprouting out wings.
I'm not done yet. FUUTON WING CUTTER!!!
Though I did not make any fuuton technique as said, it just a genjutsu. You see/feel your winds ripped from you and you begin to fall once more. Though in real life you are still on the exact spot and quite oblivious to my next move which is me throwing a wind infused kunai through your torso.

target flight is a technique that uses raw
chakra/energy like Mu's flight jutsu, the target would immediately feel a massive
continous amount of pressure succumbing
him to a strong gravity pull and thus would
begin to fall. If the flight technique used is a
wing, the pair of wings break and when it is
recasted, they break again until the target is actually out of the illusion. This genjutsu also
ofcourse may be used if an opponent is
temporarily airborne maybe due to a high
jump or through the usage of a
suplementary jutsu to sustain a guided and
premature flight/glide like using the wind stream jutsu. The genjutsu make it seem
that gravity has just richocheted high and
the victim has been forcefully succumbed to
fall due to immense gravity. In real life, the
victim is still there though mere hovering on
a spot or perhap continues to glide in the direction he was moving. However he may

Terrain, simple terrain its raining and the earth has since caught up to us again. Like the huge pillar except this can be considered a large plateu spanning short-long range. (I'll still go with the falling effects of your genjutsu assuming this plateu didn't poof into existence....more dramatic. xD)

Ragna heard the evil Priest shout something about a Fuuton Wind Cutter after he had blocked his last Fire jutsu with a well timed Suiton jutsu of his own. What immediately followed was Ragna's wings being "ripped" from him and him falling. Because he believed he was falling he wouldn't be able to concentrate on the flapping of his wing so he was actually falling; however, his chakra sensing was already active. He did not feel any chakra heading his way when Priest named his attack. Even with those signs with his sensing already active he could determine that it wasn't something Priest physically did, but his disturbed chakra flow gave the intel needed to assume he was in a genjutsu. He also noted the projectile heading toward him (determined via chakra sensing). "I didn't know a priest could tell lies." To deal with both the genjutsu and the projectile Ragna again released futon chakra from every point in his body expelling the genjutsu and successfully blowing the kunai back at Priest with twice the speed. Ending that technique Ragna then performed 4 handseals immedietly afterward and something strange begin happening to Priest. His muscles became unusually tight and stiff as the rain hit his body. He would be unable to do most normal things including performing handseals and even his basic movement would become difficult. Of course these effects would be after the genjutsu rain was cast, but because it was already raining that part of the jutsu became disguised in the actual rain. "Sorry Priest but this is the end of the line. It's been real!" With solid ground underneath him Ragna performed 3 handseals with faster speed due to his second specialty in Raiton, and then he slammed his hands on the ground. Bolts of lightning shot out of the ground and ripped through Priest. Ragna was well out of its range (mid) just to be safe. From the distance the bolts look like shooting stars rocketing into the sky. The bad man would be no more.

(Genjutsu: Spasticity) - Illusion Technique: Spasticity

Description: The user performs a set of 4 hand seals and casts the target within an illusion, In said illusion the target would see it starting to rain across the entire battlefield, as the droplets of rain touches the targets body it undergoes a drastic change. The target would experience an altered skeletal muscle performance in his/her muscle tone, like an unusual "tightness", stiffness and/or "pull" of the muscles, making it hard for the target to grasp things like kunai's, swords etc, along with failure to perform hand seals and/or move around correctly. This change in body structure within the illusion would trick the opponents brain into believing that grasping things and performing handseals in reality is just as difficult, resulting in failure to perform hand seals and/or proper movement.
Note - Can only be used twice per battle.
- Effects of the illusion lasts for an entire turn.
- No genjutsu may be used in the following turn

Description: The user will initiate the technique by doing a set of 3 hand seals, ending with the boar handseal. Slaming their hands on the ground, channeling mass amounts of lightning chakra within the area below the target. The user will then shape and manipulate the lightning underground, causing countless of 10 inch in length lightning bolts to spring up from under the target(s) and the area up to 5 meters around them; resulting in a devastating assault. Ripping through the skin causing lethal damage after several thunderbolts hit the target. The thunderbolts once shot up from the ground spring upwards in such a fast pace they look like shooting stars from a distance. Because of the pace in which they hurl from within the ground and the area they cover, it's dangerous for the user to be six meters or less near the opponent, risking to be caught in the array. Thus, being a technique designed for distances that surpass short range.
Note: Can only be used x2 per battle.
Note: The user cannot use other S rank (or high) lightning in the same and next turn.
Note: Must wait a cooldown of 3 turns before using again.

Even with those signs with his sensing already active he could determine that it wasn't something Priest physically did, but his disturbed chakra flow gave the intel needed to assume he was in a genjutsu. He also noted the projectile heading toward him (determined via chakra sensing). "I didn't know a priest could tell lies." To deal with both the genjutsu and the projectile Ragna again released futon chakra from every point in his body expelling the genjutsu and successfully blowing the kunai back at Priest with twice the speed. Ending that technique Ragna then performed 4 handseals immedietly afterward and something strange begin happening to Priest. His muscles became unusually tight and stiff as the rain hit his body. He would be unable to do most normal things including performing handseals and even his basic movement would become difficult. Of course these effects would be after the genjutsu rain was cast, but because it was already raining that part of the jutsu became disguised in the actual rain. "Sorry Priest but this is the end of the line. It's been real!" With solid ground underneath him Ragna performed 3 handseals with faster speed due to his second specialty in Raiton, and then he slammed his hands on the ground. Bolts of lightning shot out of the ground and ripped through Priest. Ragna was well out of its range (mid) just to be safe. From the distance the bolts look like shooting stars rocketing into the sky. The bad man would be no more.

Description: This is a very useful jutsu to keep enemies from getting into close range, and blowing away weapons/items. The user will gather up large amounts of wind chakra into every single pore into their body. Once done, they will release it all at once, creating an immense and powerful breeze of wind from their body in every single direction up to short range. The breeze is so powerful that if one person is in short range, the wind pressure would blow them back into mid range with ease, and even then the opponent can still feel the breeze all the way up to long range (It would feel as if its simply windy from Mid-Long range) It is able to blow away objects giving them more speed (If a kunai was to be thrown at the user and this jutsu is active. It would blow the object back twice as fast due to the wind propelling the weapon backwards) This justu essentially makes it extremely hard to get within short range without being blown back violently. Luckily this jutsu does no physical damage except the small blunt impact of being blown back but that isnt strong enough to do damage. This jutsu is very unique, cause just like chidori has the chirping sound, this jutsu gives off a loud whistling noise, to give off its unique nature of a jutsu as the air currents makes the noise from the users body. This jutsu is in no way offensive so it does no damage whatsoever.

Description: The user performs a set of 4 hand seals and casts the target within an illusion, In said illusion the target would see it starting to rain across the entire battlefield, as the droplets of rain touches the targets body it undergoes a drastic change. The target would experience an altered skeletal muscle performance in his/her muscle tone, like an unusual "tightness", stiffness and/or "pull" of the muscles, making it hard for the target to grasp things like kunai's, swords etc, along with failure to perform hand seals and/or move around correctly. This change in body structure within the illusion would trick the opponents brain into believing that grasping things and performing handseals in reality is just as difficult, resulting in failure to perform hand seals and/or proper movement.
Note - Can only be used twice per battle.
- Effects of the illusion lasts for an entire turn.
- No genjutsu may be used in the following turn


(Raiton: Shinme Kyohaku) Lightning Style: Shooting Stars

Description: The user will initiate the technique by doing a set of 3 hand seals, ending with the boar handseal. Slaming their hands on the ground, channeling mass amounts of lightning chakra within the area below the target. The user will then shape and manipulate the lightning underground, causing countless of 10 inch in length lightning bolts to spring up from under the target(s) and the area up to 5 meters around them; resulting in a devastating assault. Ripping through the skin causing lethal damage after several thunderbolts hit the target. The thunderbolts once shot up from the ground spring upwards in such a fast pace they look like shooting stars from a distance. Because of the pace in which they hurl from within the ground and the area they cover, it's dangerous for the user to be six meters or less near the opponent, risking to be caught in the array. Thus, being a technique designed for distances that surpass short range.
Note: Can only be used x2 per battle.
Note: The user cannot use other S rank (or high) lightning in the same and next turn.
Note: Must wait a cooldown of 3 turns before using again.

consider is, however, the lack of momentum
the object will carry once it appears. In this
case, to be used as an attack, gravity and
other forces might be necessary to exploit to give maximum effect. Techniques that are
not physical or tangible in nature like fire,
lightning or wind will not be able to be called
forth as once they are replled and sent away,
they lose their shape and disperse wherever
the user might have sent them. Fire and Lightning will also damage the user upon
making contact with the paws making the
paws unusable for 2 turns. The size of the

I really don't know clans abilities too well so this might be the end of me, good fight in advance. My reasoning is that it costs chakra. You would have to focus your chakra to make it appear in those desired spots giving me the ability to sense where you placed it. Although I could sense foreign chakra at work behind me I wouldn't know or sense the kunai was coming down(the placement costs chakra but the kunai itself doesn't have any for me to sense), Just a theory, Like I said Idk how your abilities really work so maybe you just choose a spot and BAM there it is. xD. If my first theory is correct then here is my counter if not I'll teach you one of these: Mystic Cage, Phoenix Tree, Helios, Mighty Visage, Gaia

Priest knocked the kunai away and it was seemingly meaningless. As he was performing his final attack there was the presence of a chakra signature behind him. Ragna could not sense that it was moving but there was definitely something going on behind him. With fear of being targeted Ragna leaped into the air drifting toward his left. He looked behind him to see what it was and he could see the descending kunai coming down at his previous position. Facing the muscle cramping Priest he fired 3 great balls of fire that would erupt into geysers and turn him into a crisp. Ragna entered his cursed level one state

Description: The user wills the opening of the cursed seal partially, giving him more chakra and more strength, as the Senjutsu Chakra contained within the seal is unleashed upon the users body in a reduced amount. Patterned red lines that extend from the Cursed Seal on the body of the user course through the user's body, covering it in a repetitive pattern as their body surges with chakra. When the state it done, the lines will become a solid black. While active, the seal actively consumes the users chakra in order to produce and fuel Senjutsu Chakra into his body. While in this stage the user gains +10 damage to his elemental Ninjutsu and +5 to his Taijutsu. His physical strength is slightly improved as is his speed.
Note: Lasts for 5 turns.
Note: Can be deactivated at will.

Yea, The paw techniques lies in the power of our paws. If we are to channel chakra for any paw art usage then its in our paw(we channel chakra into our paw but chakra never leaves our entity). The only thing we push and release is compressed air which does not contain chakra at all. We push at vanishing speed and call back at the same vanishing speed so if I am to channel chakra to call back, its on my paws and all I need to do is suck from my paws the thing I sent away. Its like a reverse repel.
Apart from that, If I am to neglect that and continue which I was willing to do, you freeformed jumping against a move. Atleast its the way you worded it. If you had just jump and shoot the fireball without referencing that you try to evade the kunai by jumping, then it'll have been cool. You even looked back to see you have actually evaded the kunai. Me spending chakra to pull the kunai back makes it to be a move and not freeform.
What say you?

This has been an interesting fight and I am willing to teach you any one of my cj techniques just for that. Also I'll like to learn Mystic Cage.

Oh okay the jutsu says I can jump but I guess I did too much with it. (Like to test out limits in Battle arena. Now I know prob shouldn't do that)xD, Also thanks for explaining your abilities, I learn something new everyday. I'll take the L. Prob best fight Ive had on NB. Fun no real arguing. Wish they could all go this smooth.
