OT: No, not at all. Are you talking about Part 1, Shippuden, or both? Shippuden, obviously, sucked because Kishi didn't have Togashi's material to rip off of. Part 1 was ok. The whole thing is a good 6/10, maybe.

Upon reading that I realized that naruto basically copied the plot for the metal gear series of video games. No wonder they changed the akatsukis true goals.

they didn't change them Pain just kept his reasoning behind the plan hidden from the rest of the members. The blood clouds were always there, symbolizing the rain of blood that caused Nagato to want peace.

The ending wasn't well explained and the war was terrible. Kaguya was nerfed, Kishi insulted Sasuke and the entire Uchiha Clan with Kakashi getting DMS, Obito was a pain and needed to die and go away, a lot of the war was a total bust like the Sage's DNA sword, and Madara got shunned for a useless villain.

Chapter 700:

.Why didn't Sasuke take a prosthetic arm?

.SasuSaku makes no sense whatsoever and it was BS fanservice.

.Why does Sarada have glasses? SHE'S AN UCHIHA! Madara and the other Uchiha are rolling in their graves.

Yeah, now that you mention it, a few things I wish had happened

-DNA sword feat like blow up a giant ravine in earth visible from space

-More Juubi Madara feats like maybe make an Ashura arm cannon that fires a mega lazor and shoots a giant hole straight through the moon

-Kaguya feats like nuking an entire dimension with a massive planet busting Bijuu bomb. Heroes narrowly escape with Kamui.
