tsunade trained by hiruzen
Kakashi trained by Minato
Naruto trained by Kakashi

And Minato was trained by Jiraiya who was trained by Hiruzen

Obito or Minato would have been the one to train Boruto but they're dead and Kakashi is retired so... Sasuke imo makes the most sense since he's taken Jiraiya's role as a Sage.

It's deeper than that. Each hokage, even hokage candidates(bar kiba (but let's be real he wasn't really a candidate)) were related to or trained by a hokage.

No new threat will pop up if the new generation is a fodder. Because no one would have trained them to be a new threat.

If villains/enemies exist after Naruto's death it means he failed to break the cycle of hatred

So if Toneri were to Idk go batshit crazy and come back to get the Tenseigan again... Or if somebody were to secretly train himself, or if another Orochimaru pops up? Or another nation thinks ahead for the future and keeps training? I remember there being a statement in the manga "Peace is nothing more, than a silent war"

There will always be villains though, realistically there is no permanent way to stop it, you could stop it in your lifetime, but who's to say that it won't resume after your death? As long as there is individuality, there will be wars, as long as there are separate villages, there will be wars. As long as there are wars, there will be death. And as long as there is death, there will be hatred. It's an endless cycle that cannot actually be permanently dealt with

If that is the case after Naruto died,then in all honesty it proves Sasuke was the one with the better plan
