Then Naruto would have failed. Hence the world would come to an end.

Or they could train instead of getting lazy... I mean look at Gohan... He was THE strongest while he was a pre-teen (Idk why he is called Teen Gohan in the games, he was only 12) but then after defeating Cell he got lazy and barely trained, becoming one of the weakest... Majin Buu pops up, and Gohan becomes basically fodder level and let's his younger brother be stronger than him...

If that is the case after Naruto died, then in all honesty it proves Sasuke was the one with the better plan

Exactly... But Naruto is the MC and has the female mentality of "my way or the highway"

The manga does not work like the real world. Unless the Mangako extends it and creates newer threats. We won't see a new threat popping up. The whole reason Majin Buu even popped up is because the mangako decided to add a new villian. Hence why the story continued. What you are suggesting is a fanfic at best.

So you are saying there is a lack of individuality in the Naruto world now?? and if Kishi decided to make a new threat? Then what? A bunch of fodders are going to throw kunai or rocks at the enemy? There will always be bandits, thieves, people like Orochimaru, etc etc... Villages still need to protect themselves and their kage, as evidenced by Asuma's child going out on a mission to "protect Lord Hokage" in ch 700 or even the fact that the shinobi system is still going. Even the fact that they are still teaching Ino-Shika-Chou formations, and Shikadai walking around with a weapon.

Point is this is Kishi's world. What we think of the future is irrelevant. Unless he creates a situation like this, we won't know of these new threats.

If villains/enemies exist after Naruto's death it means he failed to break the cycle of hatred

Naruto never promised/wanted break cycle of hatred forever.Lol

If that is the case after Naruto died, then in all honesty it proves Sasuke was the one with the better plan

Sasuke's plan to unleash eternal war against him isn't better .
