With Byakugan Hinata was able to parry the likes of Neji in CQC (PT1) and Gentle fist blows execute much faster than anything in Shizune arsenal.

Shizune senbon are mutidirectional hinata lacks the feats to doge them, and even if, while she is occupied with the senbon the mist gets her.
Shizune wasn't hit by Kabuto, he only got her by hiding underground and attacking her Achilles tendon.

Well, she knows 64 palms, which itself is a technique that requires speed. Plus, she was one of the first ones to make it to Naruto and Obito's location. Plus, she was given chakra by Hamura, and that kind of chakra would increase her speed as well.

How does it being a technique Neji previously used not make it a speed feat ? That's like saying Bee using V1 Bijuu cloak to blitz Sasuke isn't valid because P1 Naruto did that before him at a younger age. It's still a jutsu that requires speed never the less.

Never said whether or not she was as fast or not as fast as CE Neji. I only said that 64 palms is a technique that requires speed to work and complete properly.

The second is the actual Tenseigan dojutsu activated by Toneri, and Hamura before him. After Toneri transplants Hanabi's Byakugan, they react to his Ōtsutsuki chakra and transform into Tenseigan. Contrary to early reports and interpretations, this apparantly has nothing to do with the countless Byakugan sealed in the Energy Vessel altar and Toneri's Tenseigan isn't channeling their power (rather, the Energy Vessel housing Hamura's Tenseigan is, hence the confusion).

So, not unlike the Rinnegan, it's actually awakened by Hamura's two bloodlines uniting (Toneri's Ōtsutsuki chakra and Hanabi's pure Byakugan). Maybe because he was so focused on ending Hinata that he didn't bother about his surroundings.Senbon aren't multi directional as they all hit Kabuto's Headband in a linear pattern one air-palm is enough to deflect the senbon.The mist which Hinata would of detected anyway is useless seeing Hinata isn't stupid and won't take a whiff of a cloud of Purple mist coming in her direction she'll utilise that chance and surprise attack Shizune through the mist which Shizune won't see.

The last thing she see's is a lion shaped chakra shroud *_*
