Lol using the chakra as an excuse is dumb Naruto's chakra >> Sasuke's. If Naruto was low on chakra then Sasuke's chakra would have been near empty.Naruto was exhausted from war, without killing intent and half kurama whilst sasuke was juiced up from all nine bijuu. Sasuke went all out with killing intent and even absorb Naruto's chakra a few times yet still failed.
:| just because no killing intent doesn't mean he wasn't going all out.
Sasuke took a bit of Bijuu chakra and Naruto had Kurama gather crap load of NE both got a buff :|
And Sasuke only absorbed Naruto's chakra once and that was kurama's chakra. And the fight was still a draw.
