You wait for what seems like hours and then the sky begins to blacken. Thunder begins to flash and all you see is Ragna jumping into your arms Scooby doo style. "Man that was scary. *gets down* anyway tell me all that you know of Raiton please. Don't mind the thunderstorm we're totally safe. Feel free to tell me about yourself as well."

Whilst waiting, Tiashe wondered what was taking his Senpai so long, but he remembered that he was a Shinobi, and therefore he exercised patience. Soon after, the sky became dark. Thunder could be heard and he saw Lightning. How fitting, he thought, for lightning to appear when that was what he was to train for. He held out his arms, feeling the rain. Then, all of a sudden, interrupting his thought process, he felt a heavy weight fall onto his arms. He looked to see that it was a man, who had seemingly fallen out of the sky, and he assumed that it was his Senpai. Tiashe wondered what kind of a teacher fell into his students arms on the first encounter. How his arms had not fallen off, he did not know, but luckily Ragna got off pretty fast. Or rather, Tiashe couldn't hold his weight so he fell off. Being a calm and quiet individual, Tiashe wondered how he would fare with this guy...
Ragna told him to tell him about Raiton then and also about himself. So he replied confidently, making an effort to speak more than he usually would.
Hey there, I'm assuming you're my teacher? You gave me quite a shock there, but never mind. I guess we'll be getting a lot of electric shocks in this training anyways. So, I'll tell you all I know about Raiton, which probably is not much. Raiton is one of the five nature manipulation elements in the NV. Lightning contains in it electrons, which are a negative force. They connect with protons, to make an electrical current. Lightning is also very fast, which is why it is seen before thunder is heard, because it is much faster than sound. Also, lightning likes to travel to the ground.
Raiton pierces through things, causing damage. It is strong against Doton, as it breaks the bonds in the Earth apart. And it is weak against Futon, for reasons I am not very clear about. I also know that if Raiton is used in conjunction with Suiton, it can be very strong. This is because the water is a natural conductor of electricity. This can be used by letting the opponent touch the Raiton infused water, which would electrocute them, leaving them paralysed. They won't be able to move then, and thus, they can be finished off.
This is all I know about Raiton at this stage.
Now, about myself...
I originate from a deceased Kingdom, where I was a part of royalty. I was later enslaved, used as a human killing machine, without anyone knowing about my heritage, including me. I just found out recently, after my memories returned to me. After that, my potential was recognized and I was sent to an elite Academy where I was trained in the art of murder. After regaining my memories, I fled, coming to Konoha, with one goal in my mind. And that is, to avenge the ones closest to me, who were killed before me... To do that, I must train here in order to become a stronger Shinobi.

LIGHTNING STYLE|RAITON
Explanation no Jutsu!!!!!!!!!!!Good you have a decent amount of knowledge for Lightning release. Remember the difference between lightning/electricity and Raiton in the NW. I think you have a pretty good grasp. Lightning is mainly known for its high penetrating power, due the intense vibrations of Raiton chakra. It is a very nice element and is arguable the fastest element of the basics.

Nice to know you got the basics down. Lightning easily penetrates the earth and most solids, and the reason wind is strong to lightning is because it is a natural insulator. When used in conjunction with Water it can power up water techniques and it is unfocused electricity that is typically conducted through water and cause electrocution. So you know electrocution is a advantage and drawback of this element.

Rain-Typically it is considered natural but if rain is falling on the battlefield it gets risky to use it.
Dark Absorbtion ability-Dark absorbs forms of raw energy. Lightning has the power to remain neutral to its release ability.

Heck A use Raiton to quicken his reactions via his brain. Raiton turned a normal kunai to a S ranked projectile in the hands of Kakashi.
CONCLUSION: In conclusion get creative in your uses for Lightning release. There are many ways to use it.

Woah that was intense. Nope, I have no questions. But I find the strengths and weaknesses quite interesting, especially the strengths. I would have never thought about the lightning getting rid of the shadows thing.

Now one more thing and then we can begin our journey. Give me some Adv/Disadv of the folliwng types of jutsu.
(Now give me adv/disadv of the following and then we can start jutsu again)
Big Jutsu: Attacks that encompass a large area or huge mass. These typically take longer to perform because the manipulation required will need some time. They sometimes can work against the user but the range and size of the attack is not to be trifled with. Many normal based attacks could almost fall in this category as well but I decided to separate them.
Streaming Jutsu: Streaming attacks require the user to constantly fuel the technique with chakra for it to be effective. Since you are constantly giving it chakra or constantly focusing on it then you are unable to perform other jutsus until you cancel it.
Source Jutsu(Lightning): Most of the time you can generate attacks on your own but there are some where you channel chakra into clouds or need a thrunderstorm (Kirin)
Support Jutsu: Jutsu not used for offensive purposes. It canbe used to boost other jutsu, or simply defend yourself or gain some type of advantage.
Omni Jutsu: Jutsu's in this class can attack the enemy from all around or it can be Omni directional in the sense that the jutsu is released from all around you.
Direct Jutsu: Jutsu that does not need to travel from your position to the enemy. It automatically attacks the enemy at their position.
Projectile Jutsu: Jutsu used here will be created from your position and sent toward the user. (This includes creating something on yourself and running to the enemy.)

Big Jutsu: Advantages of this are that it can cause mass destruction, effectively being able to destroy many people in a large area at a time. Also, if used with water, it can electrocute everything at a large range. A disadvantage is that if the user is not careful, they can electrocute themselves. Also, since this technique is used on a large scale, it also takes longer to perform.
Streaming Jutsu: This is good to use if the opponent is trapped and cannot move, then you can just keep a constant stream of the attack on them. However, since you are constantly supplying Chakra to this technique, another technique can not be used at the same time.
Source Jutsu: Using the natural surroundings as a means of attack is awesome as you are not using a such energy. It can be used at a large mass too. A disadvantage is if the user accidentally channels the Raiton to themselves.
Support Jutsu: This is good to use in conjunction with another Justu. Since it is used to support, it probably uses less Chakra. Also, the Jutsu that it enhances can become deadly, when previously they were not as dangerous. However, the user may not have enough time to use it. Or, this might not help much with supporting a Jutsu.
Omni Jutsu: This is very convenient as it can be used as both an attack and a defense at the same time, and a very good one at that. Nothing will be able to get next to the user worth ease. But, this probably uses a lot of Chakra.

Thanks for the extra information, it's pretty interesting.
Tiashe dutifully follows his teacher to his friends house, someone he calls Positive Knight. He hopes that this friend of his is actually positive like Ragna, and not a grumpy old guy. On the way, Ragna hands Tiashe a piece of paper. Thinking that it was a piece of rubbish that his teacher wanted him to throw away, Tiashe decides to throw it away into the next bin he comes across, but quickly changes his minds when he hears Ragna's next words.
So, he thinks, I have to develop my Raiton Chakra huh? Hearing Ragna's next threatening statement which totally made zero sense to Tiashe, he decides not to test Ragna's theory and is determined to develop his Raiton Chakra. Honestly, Tiashe thought, How on earth is one meant to write about how drying in the rain makes perfect sense? At this point, Tiashe wonders if this teacher knows what he is talking about. ._.
Whilst walking, Tiashe tries thinking about the properties of Lightning. It is fast, piercing and it vibrates. So holding the paper between his fingers in the right hand, Tiashe gathers Chakra in that hand, and he converts it into Raiton Chakra by vibrating it at a very high frequency and also fast. This makes Tiashe feel excited, and he jumps five metres in the air, surprising him greatly. How he could jump that high, he did not know. But as he lands back on the floor, he is grateful that his Sensei could not see that stupid act as he is walking slightly behind him. Realizing that with his excitement the Chakra had dispersed, Tiashe tries again, following the exact same procedure, except this time he controls himself and does not jump around.
Tiashe then lets this Chakra out from his fingertips, allowing it to flow into the paper. Immediately the paper begins to crumple from the middle, extending outwards up until the whole paper is crumpled. Feeling a little scared that this was not how it was meant to look like, Tiashe summons the courage to show it to his teacher. He speaks calmly, as if there is no fear or nervousness in him.
So is this how it is supposed to look like Ragna Senpai?
Tiashe waits the answer, hoping it is correct, because he really does not want to write a ten page paper on how drying in the rain makes perfect sense...
Ragna was in a great mood. He always loved taking his students on these unusual adventures so that they could become stronger through them. Sitting in a single place, performing jutsu, writing notes, it wasn't his style. Many viewed his ways as eccentric but to Ragna that was a compliment. Suddenly he heard his new student behind him. He wanted to know if he had done what was asked of him. Ragna took the paper and examined it closely. "Perfect man great job! Now you don't have to dry in the rain and writ a paper. Just in time too! Yo Positive Knight come out!"
"*poof*Why hello there my good friend Ragna what brings you here? They still allow you to teach?"
"Im here with a student. We could use your help in developing his Raiton usage."
"Ah...I remember when I had Ramen."
"Raiton and Ramen don't even sound the same...."
"Oh....what brings you here today. They still allow you to teach?"
Ragna whispered to Tiashe. "He is kind old so be wary of his fading memory."*turns to positive knight* He is need of Raiton training. Could you help him get started?
"Oh of course. Okay mr.student. As you can see my air conditioning system hasn't been working....could you give it a jolt plz. Err. Ragna how does he do it again?"
"*Snickering* All you have to do is channel your new ration chakra and the focus on raising your hand toward the circuit board. You might want to stand a little ways back. You will then generate small bolts of lighting. We're not entirely sure if this will work or not but hey its worth a shot."

Tiashe breathes a sigh of relief as Ragna tells him that it was done right. Just then, Ragna calls his friend out and a guy with the name Positive Knight emerges. Tiashe wonders what Ragna must have done for him to be questioned about his teaching, but then remembered and found it funny as he recalled his first encounter with his teacher.
They then started a conversation about Tiashe learning Raiton, and he just stood there listening, wondering what a strange fellow this Positive Knoght was. But then, he supposed that Ragna was kind of strange too, so them two could get along with each other.
Tiashe was then surprised that he was asked to fix an air conditioner by electrocuting it, he wondered if it would even work... He thought of it as quite a strange request though. Hadn't he come here for training? What was all this fixing up something for an old guy thingy?, he thought. Oh well, better do it before Ragna comes up with some strange threat for me is what Tiashe thought.
Tiashe walked over to the circuit board and faced it. He gathered Chakra within his right arm and he gave it properties of Raiton Chakra by vibrating it really fast. He then released this Chakra out from his fingertips, and as he did so, he performed shape manipulation on the Raiton being released to form it into small bolts of lightning. Tiashe aimed these bolts at the circuit board, and they shot out of his fingers really fast. Tiashe then waited to see if the guys air conditioner would work or not.

After you performed the jutsu the circuit board got busted.....this was a dumb idea. Positive Knight began freaking out but you wouldn't be able to tell because he still sounded happy.
"Oh Joy! You broke my circuit! My air conditioner doesn't work. Now the ice monsters are going to get free. I keep em in a refrigerated room but with my circuit down everything is going to get hot. Isn't that great!"
"Aw now you done made PK angry. That's just our luck. Lawliet and Cali were coming over for dinner. They're not going to come if you set free monsters by destroying the AC. Come on man."
In the blink of an eye you see Ragna and PK chilling on his rooftop.
"Yeah we not dealing with those monsters. When they come out take care of em! Don't worry they thawed out so they are just some earth midgets! When they come out concentrate your Raiton chakra and then slam your hand on the ground. This is more unfocused and is channeled through medium (the ground). The path of this jutsu can be effected by altering the terrain. Skilled people can employ this strategy without getting killed. Although its traveling through the ground it can only do so up to short range so make sure you are close enough before you do this. (Remember opponent is shocked not cut)." Good Luck bro!"
*Earth midgets come out and start doing the disco while pointing at you*

Great, so I've busted the circuit board. So much for listening to Senpai's advice. Geez. Looks like I've got an angry geezer going now. I thought I wasn't going to do anymore favors for him... Oh well, guess it can't be helped.
Tiashe thought the guy looked pretty funny when he was worked up. He then turned to Ragna as he spoke to him. Tiashe was not one to speak much, but he decided to anyways.
Wait, Lawle something and Caliburn coming for dinner. How is that even my problem? I don't even know who those guys are.
But since he was curious to see those people, Tiashe decided he would comply once again. After listening to his teachers instructions, Tiashe saw a group of some strange looking things appear. He had never seen such things before, but apparently they were monsters...

As you hit the dancing earth midgets with your attack they stopped momentarily but then started dancing even better and faster.
Darn it Tiashe you went and done it now. You overpowerd the Dance Dance Revoltion machine. The earth midgets are really partying now. YOU KEEP MAKING THINGS WORSE! Okay before it gets out of hand channel Raiton into one of your hands and then release a wave of lighting bolts from it. That should destroy the dancing gnomes for good! DONT LET THEM RUIN THE DINNER!

Ater seeing that his attack had just made the problem worse, Tiashe seemed to be quite amused at the way the earth midgets could dance. He knew by now that, even though he was being asked by Ragna to perform techniques to get rid of them, that even his next technique would make the situation worse. So, he decided to just enjoy the monster show he was putting on, since he knew he could not get rid of them anyways.
Tiashe gathered a small amount of chakra in his right arm, molding it to make Raiton chakra. Lifting his arm up, Tiashe pointed it at one of the earth midgets, firing a lightning bolt at it. The bolt travelled in a linear path, and was quite fast, reaching a distance of four metres tok fast for Toashe to even see. He wondered if the bolt would not just excite them though, since they didn't seem to die from his previous attack. He proceeded to do this to all of them, knowing that they would just come back though. Anyways, he didn't care about the food. He realized that he was just getting amused at his Sensei's reactions to his attacks.

Oh god you went and did it now. You performed the technique wrong. This isn't a single bolt attack, you will have to release a wave of bolts to attack them all. (They're small enough to be attacked at the same time with this kind of attack.) If you just attack them one at a time from your hand or else they will just start pop locking and transfer the electricity to one another to reduce the damage. THESE GUYS ARE OUT OF CONTROL PLZ STOP EM. ;_;

Tiashe thinks this is such a drag. So he had actually gone and done the technique wrong now. What next? He watched as these earth midgets danced around, as if taunting him to catch them. I'll get you all, just you wait!
Once again, Tiashe molded chakra in his right arm, converting it to lightning chakra by making it vibrate a lot. Then, pointing his arm at the midgets, Tiashe released a wave of lightning. As it was released, Tiashe moved his arm from left to right, so that the wave of lightning hit all of the targets. The wave travelled pretty fast. He hoped that this time the earth midgets would collapse. But on second thought, he knew that they would actually just survive again, and he was pretty curious to see how. Tiashe couldn't help but feel even more amused now.
Once again, Tiashe molded chakra in his right arm, converting it to lightning chakra by making it vibrate a lot. Then, pointing his arm at the midgets, Tiashe released a wave of lightning. As it was released, Tiashe moved his arm from left to right, so that the wave of lightning hit all of the targets. The wave travelled pretty fast. He hoped that this time the earth midgets would collapse. But on second thought, he knew that they would actually just survive again, and he was pretty curious to see how. Tiashe couldn't help but feel even more amused now.
"Wait this can't be...how are they....HOW DID THEY DO THAT!!!!!"
The earth midgets stood behind each other and begin to do the wave as the electricity flowed through them. The earth broke a little bit revealing a metallic structure. They begin doing more incredible dances as a disco ball and lights begin illuminating the area. In the blink of an eye the next thing you saw was Ragna joining them in the dancing. In the middle of all that PK yelled out in a happy voice. "My friends are here! Lets go eat dinner."
Lawliet smiled and waved at them. The misbehaving midgets waved back. Ragna also waved back and continued dancing until he realized it was them. Caliburn meanwhile gave them all a stern look. PK began to butter them up while Ragna thought up one of his cooky plans.
"heh heh, uh yeah....Yo Tiashe lets impress the visitors. Go turn on the lights inside what can go wrong. They respond to Raiton jutsu. Perform the Tiger, Snake, and Dog seals, and release a current of electricity from your hand in order to hit multiple lights in the house at once to save time. You can also guide the current so that you don't hit anything else like dressers or tables. Downside is that you wont be able to use other jutsu while guiding it. Also gotta be careful of water. (We will get those blasted midgets later.) Don't forget to light the one in the very back"

As Tiashe blasted the earth midgets with the wave of lightning, he watched on, highly intrigued, as they started to dance around along with the wave. They looked pretty cool, as if they had some natural knack for dancing, but he knew it was because of the lightning. He decided to keep this in mind, that perhaps he could now make people dance with this technique? He laughed silently at the idea of it, but he ended up laughing a little more loudly than intended when he witnessed his teacher going and joining the earth midgets in the dance! He wondered if he should go and join them too, it looked funny and tempting, but he was much too reserved for that.
Besides, he then noticed Positive Knight announcing the arrival of his friends, sounding excited at the idea of having dinner. Oh no, thought Tiashe. What are Lawliet and Caliburn going to think of us now? He face palmed, feeling slightly ashamed, but then saw Lawliet smile and wave at them. Being his unsocial self, he did not wave back, but Ragna did instead. And to his surprise, the earth midgets also did too! Oh, the nerve they had! Tiashe then watched slightly amused as Ragna came to his senses and realized it was the visitors that had arrived. Tiashe caught Caliburn giving them a stern look, and decided he would stay out of his way. He was already good at that anyways. Luckily PK was keeping them busy for now. As he did that, Ragna spoke to Tiashe.
He was being given a set of instructions and when Ragna said 'What can go wrong?', Tiashe immediately cringed inside, because he knew what could go wrong. A lot... He did not even want to start naming the possibilities, but he supposed that it was these 'gone wrong' occurrences which kept him interested with training in this element.
So, just before the visitors were on their way to go inside the house, Tiashe ran in before them. Whilst running, Tiashe performed the Tiger, Snake and Dog hand seals, so by the time he finished he was standing somewhere in the middle of the house. Gathering chakra in his right hand, Tiashe molded it into Raiton chakra by vibrating it at a high frequency. Then extending his arm out in front of him, Tiashe released a current of lightning. It travelled to all the lights in the house, carefully guided by Tiashe to make sure they did not hit anything. They only hit the lights, in order to switch them on, yet Tiashe had a feeling that they would break...

The lights....surpsingly didn't break...but they kept getting brighter...and brighter..and brighter until you couldn't see anything. Out of nowhere Ragna had put on some shades and handed some to Tiashe. "Well, this was unexpected but when has light ever been a bad thing eh? I'll leave some shades here so they don't go blind. ON TO THE POOL!" Ragna sprinted towards the pool; however, he did not put on his bathing suit..yet. He pointed towards the pool as he explained what they were doing. "If there is any chance, and I mean any chance at all that we will see Lawliet in her bathing suit we have to clean this pool out. So what's going to happen is I will manipulate the water to spin around me and you will combine it with the Raiton attack im about to teach you. You will create a wave of electricity from your hands that can be released as a small surge or more like a stream of powerful lightning that goes ahead and cuts through obstacles, and it is worthy to note that this attack is only short range but if you combine it with water it goes as far as the water goes. We must destroy the algae. 0_0

This isn't any normal algae, however. PK has not been taking care of his beach house so they developed a conscious. 0_0. Once they see their brethren destroyed they will surely come for you. Draw them in and at the precise moment surround yourself in electricity so that they meet their doom. We have to be quick I don't know how long we have before they get bored of PK.

Once they are down for the count I want you to finish them off. Raise your hand in front of you like a sword while channeling your Raiton chakra into it. As it glows a pale yellow before being ready to be released you will release and manipulate your Raiton chakra into bolts that spread/spiral out into the shape of horn (the open end is on the outside so it grows the further it gets. Kinda looks like a cornucopia) This should destroy all the algae and we can have a pool party after dinner. ^^. MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH *cough *cough* JUST DO IT ALREADY! (Oh my lung)
