Orochimaru is leagues above Minato in Ninjutsu.
Minato didn't show a single Taijutsu move so he loses here by default.
Genjutsu - same as above + Orochimaru was shown to have developed resistance to Sharingan Genjutsu.
Chakra reserves - Orochimaru is clearly above, not to mention that now he has 100% Hashi DNA body.
Intelligence - is it even a contest? Does Minato even have any feats displaying his intelligence? Anything comparable to Orochimaru? I don't think so.

Ninjutsu: Orochimaru - no contest, he has a vastly larger arsenal of jutsus at his disposal.
Taijutsu: Orochimaru (Minato*) - why are there so many people saying Minato? I don't even remember Minato throwing a single punch or a kick, all he's done is fight with knives, and even those moments are short-lived. Orochimaru was toying with 2T Sasuke, engaged Hiruzen + Enma in hand-to-hand combat and a 3-tailed Naruto. Minato is never taking this category, *unless a FTG blitz somehow counts as taijutsu.
Genjutsu: Orochimaru - zero genjutsu feats from Minato easily gives Orochimaru the win here.
Speed: Minato - no contest.
Chakra reserves: Orochimaru - current Orochimaru should be leagues above alive Minato when it comes to chakra reserves, seeing how he has a Hashirama DNA body and absorbed his own chakra back from Kabuto. We've never even seen Orochimaru out of chakra.
Inteligence: Debatable - Orochimaru is overall more knowledgable than Minato, though the latter thinks quicker on his feet. It's a tie, imo.

It's not really his speed , shunshin is not a speed feat , it's a s/t jutsu , is he really able to move very fast?
I don't think he is faster than a Raikage , and I think Orochimaru can be faster than Minato , during the Oro vs 4 tails Kurama mode fight , Orochimaru showed very fast moves.
His thinking is very fast , but that doesn't make him more clever than Oro.
His shunshin jutsu with his fast thinking and knowledge over seals allowed him to win many fights.
Even with this amazing jutsus that's not enough to surpass Orochimaru's mastery of the 5 elements and Yin and Yang jutsus.
So , Oro>Minato in ninjutsu.
I will say Orochimaru wins all.

Body Flicker (what Sakura assumed Tobi did and Shino corrected her) is considered foot speed and is a viable speed feat. Even if this wasn't true, S/T is also counted towards a character's speed feats, at least in fan forums, so Minato would still be above Orochimaru.
