No he doesn't. Naruto didn't either. The only reason for her in that fight was to give her some random importance to the overall plot. The Hamura chakra she used was just to destroy the Tenseigan altar. Otherwise Naruto would have still kept fighting. Likewise, Sasuke doesn't need her in the slightest.

Again.. Is the movie out? We know Toneri has the power to split the moon, can use Onmyōden like orbs, and has a Dōjutsu we know next to nothing about. We have a very small grasp of Toneri so we can't say who would win, despite what Sasuke's fanboys want to believe.
That said, given what we know of Toneri right now, Sasuke more than likely wins. That may or may not change once we have more than a few details on Toneri.

The Rin'negan isn't classified as a Kekkei Mora. It's still a Kekkai Genkai on the basis that one can unlock it through a bloodline limit (reconvening Hagoromo's bloodline through Indra and Ashura's chakra). A Kekkei Mora is the one where you can't unlock it at all. Anyone with Six Paths Senjutsu has something from Kaguya directly (whether it was the Juubi or Naruto getting chakra from Hagoromo who got it from Kaguya).

I don't think they would restrict Sasuke as much and I assume he would have at least have basic mastery of the Six Paths in 2 years. Naruto didn't use RSM otherwise he would have won even easier. Regardless... Toneri wouldn't have touched Sasuke in CQC due to Amenotejikara. Shinra Tensei nullifies those pseudo TSB's. Susano'o slashes clash with that moon hollowing sword. I think Sasuke can quite easily end it with the following combo:

Bansho Tenin -> Amenotejikara -> Chidori.

According to data book facts, it most certainly us classified as kekki Mora, you're just drawing assumptions as it is still unclear as to what classifies a kekki mora, therefore you are drawing an assumption, and I'm taking databook facts>hypothesis. The rest is obvious.

Well that's one way, I don't think they'd restrict sasuke as much either, if toneri tries to punch sasuke, asura path is still a thing to tank to back up sasuke's already high durability, it shouldn't take a lot of effort on sasuke's part, and the TSB are just green due to toneri's chakra but they are still pretty lethal but saauke can get around them.

It doesn't need one. And you're grossly over exaggerating the feat. He didn't split it. He hollowed it out. Stark difference.

You don't need to compare the brothers. They're objectively equal, but comparing Sasuke and Toneri is fruitless. Toneri is a descendant from a thousand years of genetic dilution with his own chakra and the Tenseigan.

Sasuke the same, but with Uchiha chakra as his base, and then the dilution is reversed because he has half go Hagoromo's actual chakra. There is no comparison here.
