Sakura herself was never really a fighting type. She spend her time training as a medical student. True that she was also trained in fighting by Tsunade, but it's like a blind teaching another blind how to drive(don't take it that hard) This is why her fighting style is not refined at all, and all she knows is punching the ground hard.

Now for Salad, we all know kishi likes to ride the uchihas harder than anything. In other words, Salad has to be somewhat OP, at least MS Sasuke OP. I would think that Salad would learn medical ninjutsu, but would focus more on her fighting.

Why what that be confirmed? Asuma never displayed Hiruzen's affinity for all 5 elements, Enma summoning, and he fights in a completely separate way with his chakra knives. Hashirama's children were never shown and Tsunade does not have Mokujin, so that clearly wasn't passed down. Just because parents have it does not necessitate it being in the progeny. Sarada might be total garbage at medical jutsu.

It's impossible to know what her abilities will be. All ninja carry a bag like that for ninja wire, shuriken, kunai, scrolls, etc.
