How's that hand, feeling woozy yet?
Kushimaru would have landed back on the ground as his vortex exploded and headed towards his target. Moments later, he found his wave being sliced in half by a pressurized jet of water. Kushimaru acted quickly and chained a single hand seal whilst manipulated the water being sliced to the left of his incoming target. Soon after, a giant wolf-like beast of water is created from the volume of water itself. Immediately upon creation, the beast releases a stream of water as his target nears it's creator. The stream would be released at an angle due to the position of it's creation, thus avoid the user himself. Immediately after performing his hand seal for the manipulation of his water beast, Kushimaru reached into his pouch with his right hand and then swiped it out in front of him, releasing three senbon, one aimed at the center of the forehead, another in the neck and the other into the heart.

Description: The user after performing the Dog → Horse → Monkey → Ram and by manipulating a pre-existing water source and transforms it into a giant wolf-like beast. The beast can launch powerful streams of water from its mouth equivilant to B rank, or sweep the area with its claws to let a powerful torrent of water to wash away the enemies.
Note: The Water Beast remains active for three turns
As Tobirama jumped through the vortex of water, he could hear the water begin to reform into something behind him, most likely an attack from his opponent as he flashed a hand seal. In response, Tobirama bursted forward, showcasing amazing skill and raw speed to blitz his opponent. When he quit his burst forwards, he was within striking distance of his opponent. Without wasting any time at all, Tobirama ducked down and delivered an up kick to his combatants chin due to the fact that he could not use his left hand for anything anymore, connecting the bottom of his foot with the chin of his opponent. As the opponent flew upwards, Tobirama channeled his suiton chakra above his opponent causing a wave of water to crash down on the ascending Kirigakure hunter ninja.

Description:
A simple yet effective Ninjutsu technique, Minato will dash in a burst of raw speed and jump, run or dodge an incoming attack. This is done by taking advantage of his enhanced reactions and his fast intellect when perceiving an attack and combining it with a burst of pure movement speed. Off course this can only be used on a battle ground that enables it and never mid air. It has some limitations though as Minato himself doesn't have a high movement speed but its still enough to mimic what can be described as an "instant" movement. Because of this, if the user wants to dodge or evade attacks from faster bios such as Raikage bios or EIG users, he needs the use of his space time techniques. The technique also has some limits in the movement it can produce, which are overall linear, lacking the ability to produce intricate and complicated movement patterns. Doujutsu users (at least 2T for Sharingan), Sensors or EIG users/masters as well as users with high reaction/reflexes or senses will still be able to track the user although, in some cases, become unable to react.
Note: This version can only be used by Minato and Tobirama bios once every 2 turns, a maximum of 3 times.
