Naruto with dojutsu!

Not just Kaguya though. Naruto had been a on-the-spot tactician ever since the Zabuza arc. Read back a few chapters to where Naruto creates a plan and he works together with Sasuke to help Kakashi escape from the Water Prison Jutsu. It expands from there, but he gets overshadowed by his stupidity for example - His talk with Hagoromo XD

But able to survived against Kaguya until Sasuke arrived back is greatest feat from him. He lack S/T jutsu to counter Kaguya easily but he have other technique that can overwhelmed Kaguya plus strategy like diversion but he lucky that Kaguya not changing dimension.

And no, Naruto would not be able to master doujutsu anywhere near the level of Indra trans-migrants with the Yin/Ocular affinity.

What makes you think Sasuke could handle RSM? The guy never mastered senjutsu and no, CM isn't the same as SM. CM lets you control senjutsu to some extent, but Sasuke turns into a mutant in his CM 2 form which means he can't handle a lot of NE and if you want to master senjutsu, there shouldn't be any mutation on your body. RSM is a massive amount of senjutsu. Much more NE than his Toad SM form. Sasuke doesn't have the body to handle RSM.

Man why couldn't Sasuke look like this after he got his Rikudo power up. Naruto got that nice firey look and Sasuke gets one giant purple rippled eye. This pic of Sasuke looks badass and would have fit his new power up perfectly.....

Way to skip out on a new outfit/look for Rikudo Sasuke Kishi...

He had the Gedo Mazo :| Otherwise he wouldn't have the body to handle NE.

EDIT: Both Madara and Obito had the Gedo Mazo, the Juubi's body. Naruto didn't need the Gedo Mazo because he already inherited the body of the sage, but he only has a piece of each bijuu's. Before you tell me that I don't know what i'm talking about, get your facts straight first. The Gedo Mazo is the reason they can handle that amount of NE in the first place. Sasuke only absorbed the tailed beast's chakra into his Susanoo. He won't be able to handle it his own body.

Remember Obito survived the extraction of the bijuu's because the Gedo Mazo was fused with his body.

I used to be a huge proponent of Naruto getting it. Mostly because I feel like he would have been the only one who could have really replicated the way Nagato/Pein used the Rin'negan, but instead of corpses, he would use clones. This is also assuming that they are his natural eyes (like somehow he gained Indra's chakra as well to awaken it). For Sasuke, there's plenty of potential for combination Rin'negan techniques and his Sharingan abilities (especially through his Susano'o), but with Naruto, they'd be endless.

Multiple clones using multiple paths at the same time? Imagine sending forth two clones to use Shinra Tensei and have another clone Shunshin over to the damaged body and use Human Path? The possibilities are endless, but it's obviously not happening.

There is only one panel that lets you make the argument that he was Rikudo's reincarnation, and even then it points toward a more obvious conclusion, him being Hagoromo's successor when it comes to the Bijuu. Hell, the stuff Obito said during his talk with Naruto makes it more possible that he was the younger son's reincarnation, and that is exactly what happened.
