While I agree with what you are saying, based on Sasuke's speech in 699 and how he travels, it seems like Naruto strives to achieve peace within the 5 villages while Sasuke is the one who seeks an ultimatum globally. (outside the 5 nations, in farther places)

She looks beautiful!! If he returns for her voluntarily because she is in a sort of crisis that's nice. I would expect a bit more Sasuke but having a novel where she is shown to be more independent helps her reputation.

Well the 5 nations are all part of the same continent, that continent is definitely not the whole planet.

But yea I agree they share the same motives ultimately.

Well what we know for sure is that the 5 nations are all part of the same continent. They may or may not even cover that continent completely. And as I was saying, a planet usually has more than 1 continent, Planet Earth has 7.

Hence we can easily assume that there are a lot more far lands to explore, which is what Sasuke was doing when he traveled "around the world".

I. Kishimoto never intended to expand the world of Naruto that far
II. The Naruto-world has only one continent

I don't know other people but I enjoy these kind of novels. Since the manga ended, its good the keep the feeling of it alive and pass some time with these.

How pathetic, Sasuke has been officially degraded to something less than a side character. At least stop it with the false advertising, they did it in ''The Last'' they're doing it here, too.

On the other hand, as Eden said, it's good to see Sakura not being dependant on him, gives her more of a modern woman feel. I'll see how the story unfolds before I really start complaining or praising it.

Also, after Road To Ninja are still riding on this? Not mentioning that while at RTN they truly promised Sasuke major roles + Team Seven (tons of theaterical posters) at The Last they only said he will do something important, which was true (saving Konoha) so they didn't. And making merches is not advertising.

if this was Hinata Hidan, which would contain like 90 percent of Naruto, you wouldn't care but when it's sakura, she has to be independent? Gtfoh
