only after extreme trainin, the user will be allowed to use this jutsu bcz the body need to be trained to handle the flames from this jutsu. after the flame is summoned the user can use the flames to power up other attacks or use it for combination moves.
the user is able to manupilate the flames only at close range. this juts will last fro 3 turns unless it is put out

Description: The user will do a row of hand seals and will unlock all of his Hyōton chakra, thus, allowing him to use the Secret Ice Jutsus of the ancient ice user's. A blue aura will surround the user and he leaves a cold essence wherever he passes. All Hyōton jutsus have do 75% more damage. But this jutsu comes with the drawback that the user can only use Hyōton jutsus while on this mode. Lasts 5 turns and can only be used once per battle. After the last turn, the user has his water and wind elements sealed, therefore he also cannot use any Hyōton jutsus and his chakra reserves are only left at 25% (so he cannot anymore forbidden jutsu).

Tons of giant white dragons made of ice and snow will appear from both sides of the opponent, from left and right or in front and behind, with a crescent wave form, crushing and freezing anything on its path. The terrain will be left with lots of ice and snow. This jutsu can only be used once per battle, causes 15 damage to user, must be on Ancient Frost Mode.

XD The bold didnt even make sense. And even if u used both of those before u finish the handsigns I woulda froze you with Liquid Hydrogen but ur already dead so im finished entertaining you.

Here is something:

If i let you have my bijuu bio, and eat my ice bio,

will I be able to create a new ice bio

and different bio to take place of bijuu
