How many times was it said in the manga that the only way to defeat the juubi was through the yin-yan seal CT? just like before hagoromo would need hamura in order to seal the juubi. so Hagoromo by himself would not be able to seal/defeat the juubi.

it was also stated that a jin is more powerful than the beast itself since a jin can use its power more efficiently.

madara is the Juubi jin. so let me make it simple for you guys/gals.

kaguya AKA the juubi + madara = JJ madara.

hagoromo + hamura (yin yan seal CT) > kaguya/juubi

hagoromo by himself(unable to seal the juubi by himself) < kaguya/juubi

hagoromo by himself < kaguya/juubi + madara

JJ madara > hagoromo since the kaguya/juubi > hagoromo, adding madara to the equation is just over kill, not to mention madara's eye powers which are the best shown in the whole series.

Hagoromo stated Madara was getting close to Kaguya's power. At the time, Madara had only attain power of Hagoromo. It is uncertain if Hagoromo included the Juubi's chakra or not. Also, It wasn't until Kaguya revival did she surpass Madara.

It's very probable that Young Hagoromo < Kaguya , we can't be sure.

Your understanding about this matter is little wrong

Young Hagoromo before he absorb Juubi and learning Six Path power is below JJ Madara in power.

But very experianced Hagoromo(Hagoromo after Juubi is taken out from his body and sealed inside CT)is on par with JJ Madara in term of power even though he doesnt have juubi anymore.

The secret here is Hagoromo already have massive power but with complete mastery over Six Path Senjutsu power, he can double his base power.

The key here are years of experiance in utilizing Six Path power. And we cant denied this although he is currently dead but he keep studying and learning new thing and new power. The feat that Madara cant achieve.

Your conclusion is correct but your structure is wrong. The truth is, both Hagoromo and Madara are equivalent as both possess the Six Paths. What puts Madara above is, that he is more experienced and intelligent.
