kabuto has a secret agenda,eventually,he will become ally of konoha,that's the reason why he left some evidence to the leaf ninjas as he knew,they were spying at him.kabuto is very good in infiltration.and i dont think,he will be able to use all those he revived because he told madara that,it was only to prove that he has that kind of technique and never meant to use for battle.and by the way,kakuzo was not there,only(starting from left)nagato,orochimaro,deidara,sasori and itachi.

Uh, if you look close that is Kakuzu.. he has the stiching on the sides of his mouth and around the shoulders... the others dont..

Correct me if I am wrong but as far as I remember when doing Edo Tensei you need sacrifices we all know but I thought that you also need the sample of the corpse. Orochimaru took some sample from the First and Second and also the Fourth Hokage's body. Sarutobi stopped the Fourth from summoning though. And if so how did Kabutomaru got Nagato his body was taken by Konan, Itachi and Sasori's one was taken by Zetsu and Kakuzu's was one taken by Konoha and Deidara completely destroyed his body. Or am I wrong about the requirement of Edo Tensei. Please enlighten me

german narutopedia says that adding a sample to the corpse id not an requirement for edo tensei. but IF you do so, then the summoned souls can use their kekkei genkei. this means that if kabuto didn't collect samples of all those bodies then they have ponly their basic skills...

He never summoned the Fourth Hokage.. That was only made in the Anime.

Nope it was not only in the anime but also in the manga, Orochimaru was also about to summon the Fourth but the Third stopped that summoning. I am quite sure that it requires DNA sample, I don't remember precisely but it has to be it. If DNA are not used then are u saying Kabutomaru can even summon the Sage of the Six Paths. Well I guess that won't happen because for Edo Tensei DNA sample is needed. We all know that Orochimaru took the First Hokages DNA sample and he experimented on Danzou and some also on little children and Yamato was able to survive thus having the First Hokages powers. So Orochimaru could have also taken the DNA of the Second and the Fourth as well. Just think if DNA sample is not needed then can Kabutomaru summon anyone???

Itachi's power given to Naruto... I am starting to believe that he either gave Naruto the spirit shield he used in his battle against Sauske, or the Tatsu-blah-blah sword used in the same battle... both being spirit weapons, they could have been passed to Naruto when Itachi died, and still in use by him until he died... I would like to believe the sword, as it locks you in a drunken genjutsu for all eternity (Itachi says "I hope you never have to use this") Or as in a previous post, the power is to strip Sauske of the sharingan.. Or last but not least.. The will of fire...

that's not possible. naruto received the gift before itachi "fought" sasuke. because he used the spirit sword and shield in that fight, it's not possible that he gave them to naruto before.

though i must say that i liked the idea

Well then thats the case I was sure that Orochimaru took their DNA and that's why I guess the summons of Orochimaru was able to use theri Kekkai Genkai. And the summons of the Akatsuki members Kabuto summoned all of their bodies were either taken by Zetsu(Itachi and Sasori) taken by Konoha(Kakuzu) or totally destroyed(Deidara) and Konan took Nagato so that means all the summons can not use their Kekkai Genkai so they all will be useless. But we can't be sure of it yet we have to wait for next chapters.

yup that makes more sense Nagato was skinny but not this much but Hidan wasn't skinny??????? I don't know but as far as I know Nagato had dark hair I wonder who that really is

Nagato had Red hair or orange.. whatever... lol... could appear lighter if they took lighting into consideration?!

Well think about it... Itachi told Naruto that he had more pressing business than to capture Naruto.. ie: fight Sauske.. And being that Itachi left some of his power in Naruto, It Could be part of his Spirit, hence spirit weapons.. After all, Itachi valued Sauske's life more than the village. Why else would he say I hope you never have to use this, unless it was something that could kill, or trap Sauske for all time..
It is quite unlikely, but definately a possibility IMO... Why bring up a sword in the manga thats only used in 1 scene when it was implied that the sword had been sought after by others...???

Well all I am saying is that if DNA sample is not needed then can Kabutomaru summon anyone??? I am not making assumptions into facts I am just trying to know how on earth Edo Tensei works and if it does not need DNA samples then the user can summon anyone.

Yes he can.. Only think that it's need his a corpse. The ninja will first sacrifice a living person to provide the vessel that the dead soul will inhabit. The dead body will then be encased in ash and dirt to resemble the original body of the person that was resurrected. When the ninja wishes to recall the souls, a portal will open in the ground and the caskets holding the bodies will appear.​

is kabuto even that strong to summon that many if he could he be mad strong he got Itachi,sasory,deidara,kakuzo and negato plus if he could summon sage of the six paths too i dont think nobody can bet him alone plus you need to kill them even if you kill kabuto they keep still be there coming after you

I'm 99% sure that akatsuki will resurrect Hidan so Akatsuki is better than new when the war starts. Either Nagato or Madara will get hidan as Kabuto heals him.
