How come characters other than Nagato don't use Shinra Tensei among other things?

Shinra Tensei, Universal Pull, Laser beam arm, animal path, are they not able to use these abilities? Did they not figure out how to use them?

Obito, Madara, Sasuke, Kaguya, they mostly utilized it for basic things like absorbing techniques. I can't see why Kaguya wouldn't use Deva Path to repel her opponents to avoid being sealed, seems like a no brainer to me.

nah there's gotta be some excuse. Maybe there's base Rinnegan powers, like chakra absorb, then non base Rinnegan powers, Nagato's was gravity manipulation, Madara's was limbo, Obito's was nothin. Other stuff like summons and robo arms weren't relevant enough anymore. Woulda been cool if Obito turned his arm into a laser cannon like Nagato did and try to blast Kakashi in their fight lol, but he probably simply couldn't do much with one eye. I mean Sharingan operates the same way and it's derived from Rinnegan, no one has Kamui except Obito's eyes, I think Madara's eyes were the closest to the SoSSP's eyes, but in order to use all 6 paths you need both eyes.

Its simple. Obito did not use those abilities because he knew Kakashi and Gai had the knowledge to counter them. Its a weak reason, as those abilities are very strong, but that is the manga reason for him not using them.

Madara progressed to the point where he did not need them, on top of his opponents knowing counters to them and being far more powerful than the versions of them that fought Obito back when he was Tobi.

Kaguya does not have Rinnegan, she only has Byakugan and a Sharinnegan. We don't even know if she and Sasuke could use those abilities.

I'm just saying it would've made for an epic finale battle against Madara if he used the paths threw his Limbo clones. Sasuke tearing through summons with chidori sword with animal blood flying everywhere, machine gun arm limbo clone shooting invisible bullets, Madara might use them as a distraction to fly to the tree with Zetsu beside him, which has replenished itself to it's original form we see in the flashback and grown a new fruit, if Madara eats it he will become god of the dream world, or so he thinks, unknown to him Kaguya is still using him to obtain more power.

Maybe Shinra Tensei has a limit to how powerful it is, so it wouldn't affect anyone on the level of kyuubi chakra mode naruto.
