wrong ,you obviously hadn't read the manga correctly.Pain was fighting the whole village not just naruto ,also naruto had Intel on all the pain abilities.Besides It took him 6 tails to even stand a chance against deva.Nagato would've destroyed konoha and captured kurama if he had used his real body instead of pain.

and sasuke's rinnegan isn't uniqe in abiltites for god's sake,drop the fan-fiction .

The only reason Madara can perform his Rinnegan Techniques on a higher Scale is because he has the Juubi boosting his techniques.
