Just like no one used the sharingan like Kakashi. Both have one thing in common. They weren't the original eye users.
Having the most time with the rinnengan doesn't mean you are the best.. Sasuke had his rinnengan for a hour or less and learn to use three or four jutsu.. Give him a week and he'll make Nagato look like a amateur.

yes that's the ironic thing about it, he wasn't the original user of the eye but yet he was able to showcase many complex abilities in which sasuke and madara didn't use.

learn???show me a panel in which sasuke was "learning "about the rinnegan's abilities during the manga,please go ahead.and btw There's no such a thing as "give him a week" the manga ended so All those assumptions go way inside the garbage can.
Besides all the standard Byakugan abilities, it grants the user Chakra Mode,Truth Seeker Orbs,Gravity manipulation,Chakra Absorbtion,Flight,Speed,Strength,Gold Chakra Sword,etc. In short its basically Byakugan & Rikudou Sage Mode + Rinnegan rolled into one.

Well, you assumed that sasuke had a better and faster learning skills than nagato saying that he can surpass him in "week",now please explain how you came up with such silly assumption .
Lol Madara obviously can use all,the abilities .He is the one who was the original owner of the eye and I remember when he came out of the coffin he said something like "he finished training that brat Nagato" Same with Sasuke.His six tomoed Rinnegan can use all the abilities.It just wasn't shown because of all the other moves up his arsenal of EMS and the fact that he hadn't completely mastered the Rinnegan yet able to do 9 CT in a day unlike Nagato who petered out with just 1

Sasuke said he was getting use to his rinnengan abilities, obviously that mean he was learning how to use them.. The manga ended fifteen years after Naruto vs Sasuke.. As I said, he would make Nagato look like amateur.

No,I need the panel in which he was "learning" how to use the rinnegan.getting used to your abilities is a thing and learning how to use them is another thing ,and btw you're yet to explain why do you think that chapter 700 sasuke is a better rinnegan user.

Sasuke use a bigger, better CT (and more) than Nagato after having his rinnengan for less than a hour... If that's not proof then you are just to hard to please lol.

and yeah I already know that he didn't get use to his rinnegan,so that other panel is pretty irrelevant to this,I'm questioning the other guy about why he thinks sasuke is a better rinnegan user.And anyway nagato summoned gedo mazo in his first try and was still able to use soul dragon Lol so that really doesn't prove that sasuke has a better learning skills.

Sasuke and Madara are obviously better Rinnegan users than Nagato.It was shown in the war arc.They never showed all abilities because that wasn't an arc fully focused on Rinnegan like the Pain arc was
And as far as Gedo mazo goes,that was a long time after his training with Jiraiya.When the Rinnegan was new he used it in sporadic bursts without control as well
I will have to find the viz scan but it's obvious he was learning over the course of the war.Both MS and MP translations suggest it

No they aren't as far as we go by feats and databook .nagato showcased more rinnegan abilities than both ,besides all uchiha with rinnegan mostly depend on their sharingan power more than rinnegan or they at least merge the eyes abilities like sasuke using rinnegan to absor chakra from the beats and usuing it to power up his sousano.even edo rinnegan madara heavily depended on his sharingan abilities rather than his rinnegan which is why I'm saying nagato is better or at least more likely to use it better than others.
Are you by any chance implying that Jiraya taught nagato how to use rinnegan?And you do realize that obito was the one that truly taugt him everything about it right?which pretty much neggs the possibility of nagato knowing anything about the rinngean at that time.
