I too wonder why the Sand Shinobi are not included in the picture. Does this mean the Sand will not join forces(which is very unlikely)? Or there is not enough space to include the Sand, eh?

i think that the sand r tasked with protecting the two jinchuuriki.

Nagato: without his bodys and maybe rinnegan
Kakuzo: without his hearts?
Sasori: without puppets
Itachi : without his eyes??
Deidara:whats about his explosions??

didnt madara take itachi?
kakuzu : didnt the rasenshuriken rip him in piecesxd

for the thousand time. Edo tensei is a summoning of spirits into any dead corpse..
No dna or vessel of the target spirit is needed.​

Do you remember when Orochimaru summoned the 1st and 2nd hokage in the beginning of Naruto? He only needed to sacrifice a ninja for each summon. Then the souls of the summoned inhabited those bodies that were encased in ash to resemble the original bodies of the revived people. Next time anyone asks about this I will gather a group to beat him xd

Do you remember when Orochimaru summoned the 1st and 2nd hokage in the beginning of Naruto? He only needed to sacrifice a ninja for each summon. Then the souls of the summoned inhabited those bodies that were encased in ash to resemble the original bodies of the revived people. Next time anyone asks about this I will gather a group to beat him xd

Ya I too was thinking about it or am I just thinking about it too much. Also Kabutomaru saying don't underestimate how much he knows hmmm also Kakashi and Tsunade talking if the person is really Madara is Kishi giving us some hint about Tobi not being Madara. But really there is no other way that he could be anyone else but Madara he has the Sharingan he knows about everything about Konoha's past and also the secrets of the Sharingan I mean MS and EMS. I am getting a bit confused

i think that he could b any uchiha or mayb even someone who had that eye implanted. i mean we haven't seen him fight, only dodge. the only tech we kno about is T/S jutsu and we never saw any other sharingan user use that outside kakashi (plz dont think that im sayin that tobi is obito-im sorry i even brought it up). plus i think back to the only person we kno of thats seen tobi face, which is kisame, and he called him mizukage so i guess his idenity is really starting to open up to many possibilities.

Interesting, but I don't think his hair is actually turning white. The lighting in both of those images is strange. The reason is hair is drawn white is because its on a black background in strange lighting, and you wouldn't be able differentiate it if it was drawn as normal. I'm pretty sure its happened with other characters before too. It may be possible that it has something to do with the jutsu he used, but we can't really know that for sure.

As for the "holes" I don't really see them. There are similar lines in those areas on Deidara for example.

I still think it really could go either way. There are good arguments for it being both Hidan and Nagato. We'll just have to wait and see.

Not entirely true. Hidan was "immortal" as was Kakuzu. Neither had true immortality. It never said that Hidan did not require food and water to live. If you read the Naruto Wikia article on Hidan (and their information is usually relatively accurate) it specifically states that he does require food and water to live. Its never really clear in the manga what the extent of Hidan's immortality is or where it came from, so we can't possibly know if he's still alive or not.

Yup even Kakuzu said that no one is really immortal and as for Hidan even if he is still alive he will die eventually. Just think if Hidan was caught in a blast then his entire body would have been annihilated thus he would have died. No one is actually immortal

I presented a thought, gave evidence, some of which, yes, has now been proven wrong, but that was the point. I wanted to spark a discussion, and point out that there are other possible interpretations of what's going on. If all my evidence had been completely refuted, that's fine, I still would have accomplished what I wanted to, and at least made people think about it - and no one has definitively convinced me that it is Nagato or Hidan (honestly, I didn't even think of Nagato until I started reading the posts here. You and others have convinced me of the possibility, but we won't know for sure until the next chapter). There is no way of knowing at this point. If it is Nagato, why isn't Hidan there? And if its Hidan, why isn't Nagato there? I just wanted to point out that it is not black and white.

i would say that its nagato, and hidan isnt here because he is weaker than the guys that were summoned

i think its nagoto cuz hidan couldnt be killed xdxd he is true immortal

Or it's an hint that Hidan is still alive decapitaded under rocks.​

If it so, what about the stone and mist shinobis? They too have to protect the two jinchurikis.

Or maybe Kabuto did not know of Hidan, or maybe he couldn't summon him too, after all those are 5 dead guys he summoned.

so there is no chance of hidan over there...........but it might be a clue that hidan may come back........who knows...........or the reason why it cannot be hidan is that the technique that kabuto used may require souls of the dead ones.......so he might not have found hidan's,as he is not dead........so he might have not able to summon hidan.........

Or maybe Hidan is an idiot with barely any skill and no one wants to summon him. He was good at taijutsu, but that was it, besides his cursed jutsu.
