I will say Konan take this match.
She need to prepared the sea of paper bomb to surprise Obito because she knew its not easy to caught Obito with his Kamui ability
but most of Kunouchi here doesnt have hax abilitý like Obito especially Tsunade and Sakura.

Sorry, that was to illustrate a point, With unlimited prep time she is clearly the winner. She made enough paper tags to create 10 minutes of constant explosions, every single one of her opponents listed wouldn't even last 5 seconds of those explosions. Konan's jutsu includes prep time as they are paper bombs, I think 5 seconds of explosions would be fairly reasonable as far as prep time goes.

Kushina would one hit ko most of them depending on how many chains she can spring out at a time. Tsunade and sakura are out of the game once they get bisected.
Konan can avoid it by flying and turning into paper but she would get trapped by the barrier and eventually run out of chakra to turn to paper, then she dies.

Those chains are not going to delay either Tsunade nor Sakura but they will Kushina difficult to take out.
Those chains aren't meant for subduing small targets and avoiding them doesn't require complex evasion.
Hinata, Tsunade, Sakura, Konan and Temari all evade her chains.

I actually wonder about that. The chains aren't really focused on the larger enemies. they are more spread out. There are many many chains coming out that can come from multiple directions. focused on one person, those chains could be absolutely devastating. And even if they dodge them, they can keep attacking. I don't really see much time for a person to counterattack when running from the chains unless it's konan who uses paper bombs and has extremely good escaping capabilities.
