She made enough paper tags to create 10 minutes of constant explosions, every single one of her opponents listed wouldn't even last 5 seconds of those explosions. Konan's jutsu includes prep time as they are paper bombs, I think 5 seconds of explosions would be fairly reasonable as far as prep time goes.

Yeah she definitely solos all of them.I mean she was the closest anyone ever came to soloing Obito who survived only because of Izanagi.She nearly avoided the war as well

I"m not disagreeing with you but the particular scan you posted required prep time but I agree that Konan is the most likely winner.

I actually wonder about that. The chains aren't really focused on the larger enemies. they are more spread out. There are many many chains coming out that can come from multiple directions. focused on one person, those chains could be absolutely devastating. And even if they dodge them, they can keep attacking. I don't really see much time for a person to counterattack when running from the chains unless it's konan who uses paper bombs and has extremely good escaping capabilities.
