This was right before the sanji vs doflamingo fight in the manga.

I said that one piece gigant battle 2 revealed doflamingo's fruit abilities as strings.

You argued that it was non canon and that I was wrong, the other guy who made the thread actually listen to what I posted.

It was about two-three years ago:

i just read the post and rikerslade is not arguing with you. he is trying to tell you that the game cannot deny or confirm that it was a string fruit he never once said it wasn't he just said that because it is in a video game doesn't mean its accurate. They game saying shanks has the ability to stop time isnt wrong they could be 100% accurate but they are guessing just like we are, pure speculation they didnt get any inside info from Oda. its just like me making a post saying Dragon has weather powers. Its a decent guess since when he is around the weather changes or wind gusts hard but even if it is completely right i have no legitimate evidence to back my claim same as pirate warriors. Oda didnt make or contribute to the game so they are not releasing spoilers or 100% accurate info

Look , the guys who makes the naruto storm series actually knew what would happen in the manga way before the chapters came out. The guy who was interviewed about storm 4 actually said "even though we already knew everything that's going to happen we were still surprised chapter by chapter out of excitement" or something like that. This is evident that the creators of a franchises games actually knows many things that the public doesn't. So those abilities can be considered canon.

PS. I don't see how haki relates to time manipulation.

That was when Naruto was close to being a completed series, no? I doubt Oda would "spoil" his fans like that by telling some game studio about Shanks' abilities or even just one of them especially this early on in the series.

Agreed but let's wait till Oda branches out haki fully.

I can agree with the last part. I don't get how Kings Will Intimidation ability can be linked with time manipulation, unless there's an actual explanation for it.

The time manipulation could be a good explanation for his extraordinary movement, and the way nobody seems to notice him coming. Maybe he can stop/slow down time, which makes him faster. Looking forward to this :yayy::hooray::hooray::hooray:
