Naruto and Kakashi proceed to fuse BSM with PS. Also Naruto gives Kakashi a cloak as well this can make his Kamui sniped the size of Juubi which means any of Madara Big 3(SS,Gedo Mazo,PS) are sniped and Juubito gets carved into bits. Gai isn't breaking a Rikkudo inhanced Ps powered by a BSM cloak. So he gets raped as well. If Obito decides to let Juubi out of his back Kakashi snipes it. Juubi tree meets Kamui shurikens.​

Limbo knocked a Kurama Avatar from BM Naruto down in canon. This is Full Kurama BSM Naruto who has Rikudo's Chakra. Limbo tries to knock down Kurama, but either it responds by nuking Madara and the Mazo, or Naruto separates from the Avatar and uses multiple large FRS to take out the Mazo.

If it's Manga BSM Naruto then Kakashi's team gets raped. Kakashi can't solo Gai and Juubito, and Naruto is no help. Madara would solo him anyway.

In the time it takes him to do that Bijuu Ps fusion would have already blitzed and diced his ass up. And even it he did do that fusion with a cloak Kakashi simply snipes it.​

Saying he could is still nothing but pure speculation on your behalf. Plus he isn't stopping a Kamui on that size. Not to mention he'll have to worry about 100's of Naruto clones bombarding him there is no way possibly he would have time to stop a Kamui large enough to warp the Juubi.​

JJ Madara was able to use Kamui no problem considering he Had the Juubi as well. Didn't Kakashi in cannon already try to use Kamui to snipe the Gedo Mazo and Obito negated it while it was in the process of happening.
