JJ Madara was able to use Kamui no problem considering he Had the Juubi as well. Didn't Kakashi in cannon already try to use Kamui to snipe the Gedo Mazo and Obito negated it while it was in the process of happening.
Yes that was a regular Kamui snipe. Yes it is an option only if Obito can use it but even if he can negate Kamui snipe it still doesn't stop the stomp here.
