It is because RS attacking and cutting every chakra network that got hit. Maybe heavy visible damages not shown on victim body but the most damages is done inside the body(internal injury).

Unless Sozo Seisei can fix all broken chakra path way and then other regeneration can occur. But Sozo Seisei need chakra path way to distribute chakra

Yin seal stored user chakra in some dimension but when it open, ìt still need a path way, road, railway to move around body because its the same as normal chakra that circulating human body.

No his whole body is enhanced surviving 50 feet drops on spikes with no damage. Base Naruto wouldnt be able to handle the full power of a FRS. If his 50% FRS did slight damage to his arm then the complete one he wont even be able to hold or use.

Base FRS wont delete a body.
